Since it's probably based on current holders, it will be restored to the addresses on counterparty maybe?
While nothing is clear with this. In addition to excuses in the chats nothing happens, everyone is very tired from this. We must wait for official statements.

Would it be more appropriate to allow an exit window for those who want out? e.g. the escrows setup a buy back for a limited period of time where people can voluntarily choose to stay or go. The remaining holders can then follow Imed or Ton by vote.
Wouldn't it be better to just do a complete buyback (or as *complete* as it can be), and then let those people decide whether they want to re-invest in current or future endeavors by Ton or Imed? Both of them could run some sort of crowdsale once the mess is over. This gives everyone involved absolute freedom.

Solid plan, Ton couldn't lead a dog on a leash let alone a project of this magnitude.

If there is really "any useful" code on either sides and we are close to the final product and even if it is beta i'd be willing to keep going but with each post and telegram banning it feels like we are getting played from both sides.

If a third party can clear up this mess why not go for it?

This makes perfect sense! Do 100% buyback. Those that want back in can reinvest. The rest take their BTC and go on their way. Everyone is happy with this model.

Impressive, Cool4y and some other guys were basically right since the beginning. The promises were too good to be true and there were so many red flags. I was so naive to trust them.

A refund of barely 40 % (in BTC I hope? Not just in USD) is disappointing, but still better than 0 %. Let's be refunded soon and forget that disaster.

@Cool4y is the real hero. He tried to warn all of us, but we didn't listen. There's always some truth to every conspiracy. I disappointed in myself that I didn't cash out when NVO hit $4 in bull run.

Ton does seem to be heavily censoring this telegram and banning people from it
The main reasons being,
A - Questioning his version of events
B - Questioning his sheer imcompetence
C- Not in line with his narrative, or
D - Direct questions he wont answer as it will prove him to be dishonest and fraudulent.

If you couldnt trust him before due to his lack of leadership skills, lack of any business sense, his allegations against others with no proof or his immaturity well then this is the nail in the coffin.
No one should trust this useless pathetic excuse for a human

I don't quite trust any CEO without notable technical skills, they're mostly parasites.

In a reddit post from Ton he refers to a prelim vote and actually links to it to gauge investor feedback.
Then when results are in clearly against him he calls the vote and its result nonsense.

Give everyone their remaining money back ton bi you horrible little grub (as per main consensus)- you are a meaningless plebe and you have destroyed your reputation forever in relation to crypto.
As for continuing "your project" - no one trusts you, then nvo brand is trashed and you are the main culprit for your own undoing, you are nothing but a bum.

Lauda,

Shouldn't the simple fact that one of the founders is missing entirely be enough to issue the buyback? I invested in a project with the expectation that the founders would continue it. This dissolution of these people is in violation of the white paper. I did not invest in a project that had a missing founder, and 2 other founders that are fighting. Yanni was a driving force for the project, and he left without a word.

Thank you

To All:

I have done a calculation on the amount of USD spent by the NVO team over this past year. NVO raised 3055 BTC (with ALTs equivalent at the time of ICO end), and there is around 1143 BTC remaining (this is not the final amount the true amount has not been tabulated). The 1143 is located here:

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/36Uh2ine6UzWGPTDYdENqS6pj6Rzx4Q67R

Roughly speaking that means that around 159.33 BTC were spent per month over 12 months of the project. Here is the back of the envelope calculation for the amount of money spent by NVO team (apologies for the formatting):

julio   2500       398.325,00 $
agosto   2874     457.914,42 $
septiembre   4776   760.960,08 $
octubre   4303     685.596,99 $
noviembre   6440   1.026.085,20 $
diciembre   9865   1.571.790,45 $
enero   14080   2.243.366,40 $
febrero   10169   1.620.226,77 $
marzo   11044   1.759.640,52 $
abril   6561   1.045.364,13 $
mayo   9000   1.433.970,00 $
junio   7558   1.204.216,14 $
julio   6387   1.017.640,71 $

Added up together they have spent $15.225.096,81

There are a few questions in this calculation such as when exactly the money was converted, and if the alt coins appreciated at the same rate as BTC, but it holds. The team had 3055 BTC (including Altcoin equivalents) at the start and there is 1143 BTC left. There has been no expense report released by the founders accounting for the spent funds. The only product released is the beta wallet. Ton has stated that ICO funds were "wasted" on something called Xenio. And when I brought this up on the TG group I was cussed at and insulted by Ton the CEO on the chat. For these reasons I believe a buyback is the only correct solution to this problem.

All-

I suggest that the escrow follow through with the weighted vote they wanted to do.  Ton is currently pushing for the use of parallel voting tokens so larger holders will not be able to have a stronger community vote.  This makes sense from his view because of course, he doesn't want the project to end.  You can see the voting token here: https://xcpdex.com/asset/NVSTVOTING

Anyone with half a brain can see from both the preliminary vote and from general consensus across all chats that a refund is the overwhelming winner of any vote that will and has ever been done.  Stop with the useless time wasting and just proceed with the refund already.

Would be perfect!

I want to clarify that it would be perfect, but that I see no chance of getting a 100% refund - so I would like to see a refund of remaining funds.

I agree 100%. Anything else is just a delay of the inevitable. I know this much: there will not be a Dex by either of them after the buyback. Both Ton and Imed will eventually disappear because of lack of funds.

Anyone that wants to back their "candidate" afterwards put your money, not ours, where your mouth is. You can contribute to their projects as you see fit.

Can we get an official update on where things are going currently, just roughly speaking. Is more time needed, are more things being collected as information. A lot of things have been said, but the end of the day there's still a bigger question waiting for its final words.

Can we guys (heh), Lauda, expect a decision by Friday? Does that seem plausible?
