Did you really send them an email at chipmixer@protonmail.com? The last time they have been active in here was 2 days ago, so I doubt they would take thet long to answer you.

About the possibility of scamming... I doubt that what you sent would even be worth for them to exit scam with how much they spent in ads and their signature campaign.

Let’s not forget this:
Received - Thank you

thanks everyone for your help

apologies for calling you a scammer Chipmixer admin - deleting comments

ISSUE SOLVED

Also, why didn’t you extend your session expiration time?

Hello,

Is chipmixer.info a scam site or is it related with chipmixer.com?

The reason I ask because I sent a lot of funds to chipmixer.info
I have the deposit adress and I get a new deposit adress with the same session key. When I try to restore my session the web page just reload and nothing happens. I'm lost and hope someone can help in this matter.

Many thanks in advance.

AFAIK, only ChipMixer.com and ChipMixer.io are legit. (However, prefer the .com mirror). But wait for a confirmation from CM’s admin.

I don't think it's the legit site. I might be wrong but the public keys of the certificates don't match and I thought it was the same server they'd use?

EDIT: yes it's a fake site most likely as the public keys for the certificates of the IO and COM are the same.

A serious Newbie advise!

Use a reliable Mixer Service with Tor and copy the Tor URL address directly into your Tor Browser like you copy a Bitcoin address directly into your Bitcoin client.

Create an account with a nick name (which you never use anywhere else) on this reliable Mixer Service and start to test the service with a very small amount. The smallest amount which is possible. If this is working perfectly then you can start to use larger amounts. In this order!

If you had a bad experience with a non-reliable Mixer Service don't hesitate to report your experience to section Scam Accusations on this board to warn other users and to clarify the situation if possible.

Be assured if I had ever a bad experience with the Mixer Service I advertise for I would not advertise for it any longer.

Google is also advertising a fake site again: ".site" this time.
I've reported it through https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en but from experience I don't expect Google to take it down.

Has anyone ever tried taking Google to court over this crap (the phishing thing on any site) ?

They do that sort of stuff all the time because they'd rather have the advertising money than help people using their service. Duckduck are the same, I moved across to them and honestly expected better...

Do you mean you have lost your fund for using chipmixer, has it not gave you withdraw option or you just lost on betting on the site chipmixer? If you loss on betting then it is not scam it is loss on betting.
ChipMixer removed the "betting" option a long time ago.

Read his post. He used a fake site.

Did you read any of the last page? Or did you just need to make your posts for the week as you made 15 posts in 30 minutes today? Roll Eyes

Not only did he say he lost his BTC to a scam site in the post that you quoted, but 3 posts above that, he is asking if chipmixer.info is a scam site... which clearly it is... as the ONLY legit URLs are https://chipmixer.com/ and http://chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion/

Sorry for your loss, you should pay more attention next time around, also it would be good if you could edit this post and make it a bit clearer that you lost BTC using a fake chipmixer site "chipmixer.info " instead of the the original https://chipmixer.com. The current post might give the wrong impersion to lazy readers such as @Bitcoinsummoner

Why the .onion service? What's wrong in using the .com itself from a Tor browser?

My guess would be that he's probably still advertising bitblender and is trying to advertise that here again...
As I think of it, just as a point it is helpful to cross reference any web address as the clearnet site of bitblender got hacked and the address was changed.

Check ann threads and anywhere else you can find to validate you have the right key.

.onion should be used instead of .com just because it can increase your privacy.

If the first and last hops are done by the same host then they can work out who you are and where you're trying to access. But with six hops you'd need 4 nodes from the same host.

In theory:
1st node knows your IP and the IP of the next node.
2nd node knows the IP of the first and third node.
3rd node knows the 2nd IP and the IP of the final server.

If you own 1 and 3 you therefore know who has requested what (the governments run a lot more exit nodes than you think and I can imagine they probably share resources).

because of routing and privacy reasons.  Wink

Considering Bestmixer has just been seized for what looks like relatively unspecific reasons, is anyone willing to guess what Chipmixer's next move is likely to be?

Bitmixer.io had the sense to walk before there was any heat.
