an upgrade to nested adresses would suffice too. I don't see why not. They're widely, if not everywhere, accepted.

Fair enough, but the savings on fees with 3xxx addresses would be just 25ish %, which I don't think will motivate Chipmixer to actually go for it, especially with how the number of daily transactions has been declining in the last couple of months due to Tether's Omni exit. Legacy transactions are getting cheaper to send week after week.

I have the same problem.. just deposited, 11 confirmations and system does not detect it. So my funds are stuck.


Be careful and DO NOT send funds until this is explained. The issue is not fixed for at least past few days. The mixer is not operative as of 04.09.2019
3 people already reported same problem, and noone confirmed that they received any help/answer from support.

I haven't received anything yet... no mail and no money. (I will update this post if i have received any money or mail)

No chips received yet. Chipmixer replied to my e-mail on 6.9 that the chips would be added. Now it's 16.9 and i still can't find any chips in my session.
Does anyone have the same problem?

edit: deposit address changed...
I must add that I did not check the session daily. Could it be that my session has expired? It can be opened, but the deposit address is different!

The same session code doesn't necessarily mean it's the same session. But if the deposit address changed, my bet is that it is a different session. Like I said, contact them and they will help you get your coins back.

Let me ask if what browser you use? and maybe you need to clear the cache and cookies(Make sure you have the session token before you do this) and refresh the page again and put your token. Also try it to other browsers chrome or firefox if you are using TOR browser.

You'll have to wait 48-72 hours for a response. They've moved hundreds of btc through the mixer before now so you'll get your 1.5btc as soon as they respond...

fighting against a such big DDOS Attack (and it seems people like Big Brother, Oncle Sam...are really interested to shutdown these guys) require a lot of resource and power (financial and technical).
So the question is, what will be done to mitigate this? They can invest as much as needed?
Sofar they have done no statement about this. why?
