When do I sell? The answer is it depend up on my financial need and the circumstances of the bitcoin rate and the market sentiments also impact on my decision whether I should hold or sell. Basic concept is you can plan in advance for selling it all depends on the situation only.
Yeah it is up to you if you are ready for the bitcoin earning you will not sell the bitcoin right now because the bitcoin price is now increasing more and more still you will have to wait till the bitcoin value and the price will be more than double and the bitcoin value will be high if, more people will buy the bitcoin ad they will hold it for the long time as I use the bitcoin and I will hold for the very long time.

I'll sell if the price rises high depending on the focus on to become purchased, but be careful not to hurry to market if the price is still rising you will regret, so better wait and see
if I you understand correctly, it is really today is better to take fence and uniquely to wait for improving the price of bitcoin. the fact that in comparison with the those maximum of which were already, today's the price of bitcoin sufficiently low.

I sell my bitcoin when I was satisfied to the price of this in the market also, I sell only the half of my bitcoin when I have a lot of savings in my bitcoin wallet. Because I just want to save the remaining for the future value of bitcoin. so many in next couple of Month we may see even higher price so I will prefer to hold at a moment and will sell only when it crosses $10k mark.
Listen mate this is not the right time to sell your coins because prices are bit down so keep calm and don’t get panicked and good time is coming for you soon and price will surely pump up in two to three days and all the thing that is required from you is to keep patience and see the market critics ad wen prices goes to the maximum level in upcoming days then sell your btc don’t make any wrong decision many are suffering.

I'm selling when I'm very satisfied with the profit I got and if there's a need of doing it so. I just don't sell just to panic and chase the profits, no I don't do it.

Selling for me is a norm only when I'm in need or there is something that I had to spend some of my bitcoins or when I'm out of cash.

It works very well for me because I can keep my bitcoins on hold and I'm not totally spending all of them so whenever the price goes up, I still have some stock.

When do you decide to sell?

Is it a sat, a % of profit, or even a randomly thought up number in your head?

I am new to trading Crypto, but when I traded other stocks, I would aim for a certain percentage.
This seems much easier to hit that percentage, but much more risky.

How do you determine when to let it go?

At first we see market values of altcoin then we note down of how many price we buy and when it is pump we just sell,  not follow any % with coin.

In trading I use % profit to decide to sell the coin. And amount of % depend on the price in daily chart, but usually  I take profit between 10% - 50% depend on the price action. But now I trying to reduce amount of take profit by maksimum 20% especially altcoin paired with BTC because the price of BTC to fast going up, so do short trade by take profit 10%-20% is more safe.

I usually sell my bitcoin or altcoin when there is a very bad news about it or before an event. The bad news will make the seller sell more coin to reduce the lot. Before the event I will also sell because during and after the event coin will also decrease.

When the token price itself is again high,
right then I will sell it,
but it determines the token the price will go up which is hard to predict.

Of course what is bought must be sold.
The highest profit one will gain on any (bitcoin) investment is first determined by the buy price. Selling is also a vital way.
Indeed, while buying at the right price may ultimately determine the profit gained, selling at the right price guarantees the actual profit, if any. If you can't sell at the appropriate time, the benefits of proper buying disappear.
The above example shows, proper selling reduces the likelihood suffering two ultimate consequences. Proper selling helps ensure the preservation of gains and Proper selling reduces the likelihood of incurring major losses.

I wish I could time it, sell at the high before a dip...but it just is too hard and requires too much luck. Maybe some can.... Also, the tax cost of selling then buying again has to be figured in and covering that with the dip...well, it'd have to be a big dip and you never really know if it's big dip or just a blip. Best to hold and dollar cost average, imo

Newbies make the error to sold everything or eat the book order when buy
The best moment to sold it s when there s a good volume
and buy slowly when few volume
Some beginners are not shocked by jeopardizing 15 or 20% of the capital on a transaction. The master rule of money management is simple. You should never risk more than 1 or 2% of your account on a transaction.
Many traders still take positions of a fixed amount. It's a big mistake. You must commit a sum of money in trading depending on the market and your capital, not according to your desires.
Avoid scattering
Diversification is a good thing when you are an investor.
But a beginner in trading has an interest in following a single strategy at the beginning with a very limited investment universe: do not try to trade a multitude of securities or currency pair for example.
Do not try to revolutionize the trading world either. It is better to use a good old method that has been proven over the last few decades rather than looking for a new system that would save a lot more. It is in old pots that we make the best jams.
