USPS failed delivery, because it required a signature and they pulled the classic "blow on the door" knock :/  Will have to wait until tomorrow  Cry

try
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libwdi/files/zadig/

to set the driver to libusb (I think).  I don't have Icarus boards to test this with, but I think that was the change in the recent versions of cgminer to use libusb instead of serial usb.

Check FPGA-README, ASIC-README
did all that, no dice

I just hope my Minepeon install works without any hitch.

Don't worry, it'll work. =)
I only had a few minutes to mess with it between when the mail showed up and when I had to leave for work, but I can confirm that the latest minepeon will run these with bfgminer.
You'll have to tweak the command a little bit, but I can walk you through that. I'll mess with it some more when I have some free time and see if I can get cgminer working as well.

Arklan: It was a pleasure doing business with you.

mineforeman is working on an update which will make these USB sticks plug & play, but until then, here's how I got minepeon beta 1 working with them now. *There may be a better way, this is just how I did it.

At the command line:
1. type (or copy/paste)
Code:
sudo nano /usr/lib/systemd/system/bfgminer.service
Now you're looking at a simple text editor
2. use the down arrow to find the line that starts with "ExecStart=" This is the command that will start bfgminer
3. on that line, use the right arrow to find "bfgminer -S auto"
4. change "-S auto" to "-S /dev/ttyUSB0" for a single miner, or "-S /dev/ttyUSB0 -S /dev/ttyUSB1" etc for multiple sticks
5. press ctrl+x to exit. nano will ask if you want to save your changes, press y.
6. type
Code:
sudo systemctl stop cgminer.service
(Stops cgminer)
7. type
Code:
sudo systemctl disable cgminer.service
(Stops cgminer from starting at boot)
8. type
Code:
sudo systemctl enable bfgminer.service
(Makes bfgminer start at boot)
9. type
Code:
sudo systemctl start bfgminer.service
(Starts bfgminer) You should now be mining, use the next steps to check
10. type
Code:
sudo screen -r
to display the miner's console interface, check to make sure it's mining
11. hold ctrl and tap a then d to exit back to the prompt without killing bfgminer

If you have any trouble, feel free to PM me. I'll provide as much help as I'm able.

FYI, the oft-discussed anker hub (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NGQWL2/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) works fine with 10 devices.

Yep.  I'm am dissapoint.

I'm using BFGminer on win7. if I have 8 plugged in, I will see them all on the bfgminer console, but only 7 will be hashing.  I've got the other 3 (10 total) connected on a separate powered hub, and they all hash in that configuration.

Don't waste your money on MONDOHUB if you intended to power more than 7 of these guys.

Got it to work easily using this line in a bat file

cgminer-nogpu.exe -o stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -u X -p X --icarus-options 115200:1:1 --icarus-timing 3.0=100 -S COM3

note* hashing at 324 MH/s average
