3.2 is having issues for all of us.

Good!  Cheesy

With 3.1.1 "-S all"

Huh

I was under the impression that -S all was for 3.2, but since it's not working, you need to specify each com.  For linux it's -S /dev/ttyUSB0 -S /dev/ttyUSB1 etc...  There's a windows version somewhere in this thread.

btw guys - 4 warranty replacements have gone out, as well as torusjkl's order (finally gave me his address...) and 5 to photon, which apparently accounts for the unexpected five i had. i'm down to 20, with 15 being warranty.

Missed the mailman, so I need to pick up mine at the post office as well.  Counting down the hours... At least I know they're in town, thanks Arklan.

I got 80 in this buy. Arklan was very helpful and delivered as promised. All 80 are working perfectly.

A bit thank you to Arklan for setting this up.

I have yet to see mine arrive, and am not sure if I should have seen it yet.  I am bothered by this, but not to the point of demanding funds back or anything... It just astonishes me that people in Asia and London got their miners, which were shipped AFTER mine... when I live less than 1,000 miles from Arklan.  I mean fucking honestly USPS... I could have gotten on a bike and took a small vacation and received my miners faster...

How is it possible to take this long to deliver something?!!!?!  Oh and the "tracking info" makes it seem that the package has not even been received by USPS yet... it just says "electronic shipping info received" like it was entered into a system... and just is sitting on some shelf somewhere now... that cant be the case... right?

use cgminer 3.1.1

Kano was so confident in 3.2.0. I wonder what the problem is? Maybe we are missing a library or something.

I asked about it in the cgminer thread, kano acknowledged the issue and suggested to use 3.1.1 ... i am guessing 3.2.0 was emergency release for windows n00bs who had to earlier install drivers for usb to serial...

http://ck.kolivas.org/apps/cgminer/ clearly says "LAST-STABLE-IS-3.1.1" ... so 3.2.0 is an unstable release.

I'm in the exact same position with package status, except I'm in the northeast US. I dropped arklan a note this morning to see what's up.

USPS does suck unfortunately unless you pay for every bell and whistle. Delivery confirmation is not even technically proof of delivery, they call that "signature confirmation." USPS routinely scans the packages at the office as "delivered" and then loads them on the truck for delivery. This means you can have a package marked as delivered but not actually show up until the next day.

...
A question for those of you running these block erupters on their raspberry pi:
Where in /dev/ do you find these?  Is it /dev/ttyUSB1 or /dev/bus/usb/ or somewhere like that?  Does some driver need to be installed for them to show up?  I plan on trying to use bfgminer first with the -S all option.

They will show up as /dev/ttyUSBx. No need to install a driver, the USB2Serial driver is preinstalled on a rpi. Smiley
I dont know if it would make a difference but do you have any recommendations for a USB hub that i could use with a raspberry pi? One that can power at least four of these block erupters.
Please and thank you!

Best to choose from : http://elinux.org/RPi_VerifiedPeripherals#Working_USB_Hubs

Additionally for 4 erupters make sure the hubs power adapter is at least 2A @5v . If u get one with 2.5A then the same hub can power your rpi as well as erupters.
