Hi , I'm new so basically I still have a lot to learn about the cryptocurrency , but I would like to know if it would be possible for the bitcoin to start the downfall ? I mean like what scenario can happen that the bitcoin would be pushed back like 5-6 years ?

I don't think so. Bitcoin's value right now is so high and even there's a trouble that occured during the banning of bitcoin in China, bitcoin did not completely lose its value. This just simply show how bitcoin's value is firm right now that it has been dominating a lot on different countries. Maybe it may fall down but loosing its value is too far from possible.

Yes it's possible to happen because because bitcoin is volatile. But I think it is far to happen now because of its popularity and because of this it attracts more investors to invest in bitcoin. But we should remember also that bitcoin is volatile so expect the unexpected that it might happen in the future.

This is possible. Bitcoin is not a stable coin and it is not controlled so the users will decide how much it will be worth. If everyone stops using Bitcoins the coin would die.

In short Bitcoin will someday lose his value because nothing lasts forever and without support it will surely go down.

No, it's not possible anymore. There are a lot of innovations that was already made with bitcoin and all of it are for the sake of emergencies or troubles that may occur. This has made bitcoin more durable to any obstacles that may get in the way. Even the issue in China wasn't able to stop bitcoin and now it has recovered and improved.

Maybe fall down but not fully lose its value because right now the value is very high that it would take more than a problem to shut it down. This may only occur if ever all the people all over the world stops investing and mining bitcoin and I don't think that can still happen now that bitcoin is very popular. The only thing we are waiting on right now is the legalization of bitcoin worldwide.

Just happen recently that bitcoin lose its value from more than 7k usd drops to down 6k .but now bitcoin recovers and continues to grow the value to 8k usd.and I know it will continue growing upto 10k usd this year end.but never imagine that bitcoin will totally lose its price permanently because its impossible to happen for sure

Bitcoin can lose its value even down to zero, but all that depends on we the community. I remember when Bitcoin first came out, it started very low and was even sold for $0.6 and 0.7, that was probably when we had no large number of people into bitcoin. But when the number of users started increasing the price went from that rate to $1 going up above that rate and now look at the rate we have now, and it’s not stopping there, it might reach 100k soon.

The price of bitcoin is always and only depending on the demand so if the demand for bitcoin declines a lot then the price of bitcoin will be drag down so hard and it will lead for a huge loss for the price of bitcoin and make it as a worthless cryptocurrency. As of now, bitcoin has a lot of demand so i think, right now, it is not possible for bitcoin to lose it's value.

Yes i agree with you the price also depends on other things not only the demand but the demand is one of the biggest things everyone wants to have a lot of bitcoin that is why the price is going up and up a lot that is why it is going high now.

That is true the price does depend on the demands but there are other things like bitcoin is the first of it kind and it is highly wanted people want it and also it is used by a lot of big companies and i think it will be used by a lot more.

Yes there are still chances that bitcoin will loose its value but I don't think it will fully loose it rather it might fall down a bit under an occuring dilemma since those are the only thing that affects bitcoin's value. Just like other currency, bitcoin can still loose its value as time passes by but the probability will grow low as the value of bitcoin rises over time.

Yes, I'm afraid it is possible for bitcoin to lose it's value. In a scenario where another currency has surpassed bitcoin and then the fact that all people would prefer using this new currency rather than bitcoin would make bitcoin lose it's value. The value relies on the demand of the people that needs and wants it.

We all know that the law of supply and demand is applicable here in bitcoin so the only time bitcoin may loose its value is when most of the people in the community stop on demanding bitcoin. always! everyday, thertes a chance of loosing the value in bitcoin it can go down half of its present value too, but what will happen then when that comes ? bitcoin can easily gain its value and even surpass it.. why ? once bitcoin fall even just 10% people over tthe net are buying more bitcoin and exppecting a pumpp therefore the demand will boost and the supply will be short..  thats how bitcoin really is now !

Yes absolutely because we all know that the bitcoins value are mot stable and they also fall but they always come back. But despite of that they can just recover on that fall because of the hype that people do, bitcoins are on the top of their career this year because a lot of people all over the world wants to invest in it. With that the value rises too much. But when the time has pass and they forget about bitcoins and bitcoins will not be used anymore because there are new innovation in the future the bitcoins value can be worthless because no one are buying it anymore.

Everyone has his own point of view but in opinion, it is not at all possible for bitcoin to lose its value and that too up to zero. The way bitcoin is making its name and is earning this much of good reputation is an indication of this thing that bitcoin will be having more value in the near future. I am very much positive that bitcoin will largely help its investors in making as much amount of money as they want to have.

Bitcoin will not lose it's value but it will go down, just like the past few months where it go down like $2000. But it will recover after sometime just like today it reaches $9000 after it downfall. Bitcoin will still goes up no matter what will happen since it's getting attention to people. Bitcoin will not fail us.
