I'm still feeling somewhat uneasy about Terrahash. We have several pages of talking from them what they might have done in the past, might be doing currently, might be doing in the future (e.g. selling boards with the chips they ordered) and that they are "in talks with BKK". - So they might be real. The facts so far: - They have a very generic looking website (terrahash.com) - They hide website registering details behind a Privacy registrar; why would an officially registered company do that: Registrant: TerrHash, Inc. c/o Dynadot Privacy PO Box 701 San Mateo, CA 94401 United States - They state they are a "Silicon valley based company" but have not provided any official company registration information. - They state to have ordered two #10k batches of Avalon ASIC chips. I would like to trust them and order from them as soon as they open their order pages, but I think we need a bit more proof: @Terrahash:- Could you please post a snippet of your Bitsyncom order stating: - The two order numbers, the order status & order date - Could you please sign a short message with the Bitcoin address you used to pay the two Avalon ASIC batches and state the unique payment address you used. And post the info in this thread (bitcoin address, message, signature) - Some group sellers have done that in the past already, see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=192916.40 - post #57 - Could you please post some proof of your company registration (Terrahash Inc.) e.g. an official registration no. and / or link to some official commercial register. - All this should not take much of your time. I think the answer to these questions could provide more trust to your company and for all the forum members still thinking about buying from you. Thanks for all your efforts and commitment. Have ANY of your questions been answered? The closest response to these questions were: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.msg2164063#msg2164063

http://www.dynadot.com/domain/privacy.htmlDoes Terrahash utilize dynadot's private domain services? Do they think that there is some reason to remain anonymous? I was called a troll earlier for asking pointed questions with regards to sample chips. Yeah, I can be a jerk... but I can also be correct, while being a jerk. If their sample chips are never seen by anyone outside terrahash's realm of influence, will they exist?

People have to draw their conclusions based on the information given in this thread by terrahash in the past and hopefully in the near future. I have invested my funds elsewhere now because I had some time pressure and could not wait longer for additional reliable information.

I have removed the privacy setting from the domain, and updated the address on our Contact Us page. We will be moving in our office sometime this coming weekend. So, if anybody is interested to come visit us, you can make an appointment for anytime next week.
Wish I still lived on the left coast. I'd come by just to say hi and see what's happening. I like Sunnyvale (though I could do without San Jose )

Thank you. We trashed two other concepts to choose this one. It has a sexy see through acrylic window on top. It will be stackable on two sides.
With that acrylic window, it's just begging for a blue (or perhaps adjustable color) LED to light that shit up on the inside ! ... but anyway, looking forward to following this project

After initially posting a nonexistent address, then an address which had a 'for lease' sign in front, they have now completely removed the address from their website. Draw your own conclusions.

We have created the initial design concept of the case for DX Large. It can be seen at the following link: http://terrahash.com/dx-large-case-design-conceptual-sketches/This is NOT a final design, and we will make several iterations before finalizing it (e.g. rotating the power supply to face backwards, using brackets to mount the boards, bigger holes for fans etc.) This is just an update on our design process. yes nice pencil drawings, couldn't ask for more

Amir has 13 posts and he is providing a service ... better be careful.. he does not accept Escrow ..
While I am not keen on FUD (however well intended) I do have a couple questions that Terrahash should address. You are offering assembly, which means you will need a certain amount of resources (space, equipment, personnel). How are you going to accomplish this when the last two business addresses you have claimed for Terrahash are vacant? The first address you listed, 1261 Birchwood Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 has been vacant to over 6 months, confirmed by realtor. The second address, 1800 Wyatt Drive, Suite 15, Santa Clara, CA 95054 is also vacant, confirmed by realtor. Edit: When I took these photos, I also called the numbers listed below to confirm the history/vacancy of these properties. Links to realtor contact info for both properties: http://imgur.com/iBIzscYhttp://imgur.com/nPc93SYTerrahash please explain. You offer no escrow which John K. on this forum offers for reasonable fee. This starts to look like a questionable enterprise.

After initially posting a nonexistent address, then an address which had a 'for lease' sign in front, they have now completely removed the address from their website. Draw your own conclusions. my conclusion is that they are in the process of attaining a physical address. seems pretty obvious. so what's the fuss? read their about page, it's obvious they have not received much investment they must be simply working with a limited capital. if that's the case i'm sure they're in no rush to make an error in this aspect of their business, and a realtor btw is not going to take down the sign until the deal is 100% sealed. you're making a huge deal out of nothing like a dumb little bitch. pisses me off and I don't even have any bitcoins to purchase from TerraHash the day they begin operations officially, which sucks. in my mind, and according to my theory, then everything would check out as logical if they had the physical address (and someone checked it) before they begin taking orders. if orders are taken before this time then I would say this is either impatient/shady or both. but otherwise, you're making too big a deal at this point.

I have a bitcoin address that anyone can send BTC too, so I'm going to post it on my sig because I think someone is going to randomly give me their BTC: 1D37qouguK5rNh1mSZDocgVCvA2rxsAgLp
