What advice would you give a HS senior in US about to decide on and/or enter college ?

Hello there. Im agree with you should go to college since your degree will help you to concentrate on your major.and help you in professional work out there.and the payment will more high than people who not hold the degrees but its doesn't means not hold a degree you can't find a job. You still could have ajob but maybe the job feel limited since the competition and the standard of company's high every year.

Yes you should go to to college and study hard for your good future my parents always told me me tha i should study hard and finish my college because only education is the wealth taht they can give me that cannot obstain by others...

oh yeah!! why not. Many people have completed HS and are continuing to college so one should always seek to climb the ladder of life, but don't take it as a competition. Having a degree also exposes one to so many goodies in life in terms of job, knowledge and others.

Going school is not a big deal these days. Because all the people who succeeded in their life aren't educated people. It is your decision to make whether you go to school or do your own business. Think thousand times, before take any decision. And after you made the decision don't regret of your decision.

Yes. It may cost a lot of money but the diploma you are to get from there can be used as your armour in the wild big world you are soon to face.

So do not, because it is very important to us. University education, knowledgeable, have many relationships, will be the action page for you later. I do not need to be too harsh, but you must really just be in college. Wish you success.

I think you should only if you like the specialization. If you're not planning to use those knowledges you can skip college education.

Well, you must go to college. It's a blessing if you are able to go to college because everyone especially the poor people wish that to attain. Being a college student is a priceless one. The experience and relationship to others is a great treasure to remember. Other's say that we go to college to have a good job and great salary after we graduate but for me it's not always the money. Being a college student is a great opportunity to  build our self to be a better person.

Anyone that has the possibility to go to college , should DEFINITELY go to college and not think of certain specific stories like the ones of Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. For me they are just a few exception to the rule. College gives you a chance to fight equally to get a good job in life and have a better life compared to people who haven't got to college. Education is always good.

If the subject(s) you want to study at college/university really interest you and it won't cost a ton then i say go for it

yes you should and You are lucky because you can go to college without money problems. some people hard to find a great job for them because their lack of educations but you cant blame them coz they cant afford to pay their tuition fees.

yes, college is a good place to start your life because all we need now to start a job is a bachelor's degree, a degree does not make the success of our lives but it makes the world easier to start, so it's better to spend your lectures. first then you can do whatever you want.

You should. Those who graduated with degree have a lots of opportunities offered. But I am not telling that those who didn't don't have opportunities. Actually it depends. If you have skills, can do business or something. Then do not go to college. But if you don't have anything knew to earn decent profit, then go to college.
