Moonbitcoin just posted on twitter:

Apologies for the extended downtime due to server failure. We are working hard to get the service back up asap. Don't worry - your earnings and loyalty bonuses are all safe!
Finally some news from their side. It's good to hear that we won't loose our loyalty bonuses.

So, what's the point of official announcement if it's locked and support via email isn't available because they ignore received messages?

the point of an official announcement is to...erm...officially announce something! which is what that thread does Wink
support IS available via email, ive had prompt and helpful replies on a couple of occasions - i think they just dont get involved in email arguments with people that they consider to be scammers or trolls (im not saying i think you are a scammer or troll - just that coinpot has maybe decided that you are)

Good news! It seems I'm able to make a claim now and I can confirm that daily loyalty bonus is restored. Thank you for that  Grin

Update: Except Moon Dogecoin. I get the "Sorry something bad has happened..." after a couple of claims. I hope the claims will still count though.

Yes It does. The coinpot.co wallet though seems to be having many minor and major bugs after yesterday's servers-down time. I get many errors when trying to switch between currencies. Is it just me, or other ppl are having this problem as well?

Mine's 2 Moon Dogecoin unconfirmed claims and the site is down again. But at least some of them are up and I can make claims. There's progress and I hope it will get better and they are working on it.

Anyway, the holidays are coming up and they are working hard. So happy holidays to the people behind CoinPot and the faucets, and of course everyone here  Grin

I have had 104-106k sats held there for months which I was going to withdraw at the end of the month... But today after maintenance it become -228k sat... I suspect they don't bring back all transaction records (I have claimed there since years ago), or I am banned Sad

A couple of days ago I think it would have been the perfect time for an announcemnt to add there Cheesy

YAY! All good for me and I am more than happy  Grin Grin . My balances are all there and non affected, all faucets are working for me, my daily bonus is the same & I have made well -not so bad amounts- from yesterday's accumulated claims xD. I am also happy that they continue to prove they are a good service that one can rely on, just wish they would somehow interact more.

Coinpot seems to be back and balances seems to be intact but before coinpot was going down I withdraw 0.00050751 btc.

After a few hours the transactions was pending in my wallet. 24 hours later the transaction was gone.

So I looked up the transaction and it said Double Spend.

Transaction: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/0b96afa4293ec2c13a1e7c11076c89ac1405a0b09824825c3a7199c9323aec1f

Wallet: 3QfQ9RpSK9k2VunhR2i4ZaffoqNKuQcmm2

Double spend by https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/58464b3496ad9ad467bd0a94418e7f5cd7676a5331da5234c562c6791f8ffdb6

As you guys can see with the first transaction 14 btc was send from 1 input (1CPg9Sc4AgABkz94AukSf9o8EeNruEZYp7) to 663 outputs (people who withdraw)

When following the double spend by link 17 btc was send back to 1CPg9Sc4AgABkz94AukSf9o8EeNruEZYp7

I don't know what to think but it looks like coinpot double spend my btc and send them back to themselves.

Correct me if I'm wrong, just looking for an explanation to where my btc is now.

Newb!!
could someone please help i'm unable to make withdrawals from coin pot.

i use all the faucets connected to the website along with the web miner.

this is the second withdrawal Ive attempted, im trying to withdraw litecoin around 18000 litoshi, one before the crash and one after.
ive put in my free wallet (app) address and the box becomes green, but when i put in amount to withdraw its orange (although i have more than enough) along with the password box staying orange (right password).

i know there is around 10,000 bitcoin sitoshi minimum withdrawal, but is there a minimum withdrawal limit on other currencies.

or am i doing something seriously wrong??

thanks

I think your withdrawal is failing cuz you're below the minimum withdrawal limit for LTC which is 0.002 LTC (200,000 Litoshis -If I am not mistaken- )
