Hey guys. I have discovered a possible bug on coinpot. When you convert BTC to CoinPot Tokens it calculates the amount using a conversion rate (currently 1 BTC = 66.87M tokens) and it gives you the amount of tokens it shows in the box "amount you will receive". However, when you try to convert your tokens to BTC a few minutes later, it says you will receive 0.96 BTC, but it gives you 0.6687 BTC probably because of the conversion rate shown in the box (1 satoshi). This is outrageous and not acceptable.
I tried to contact them by mailing support but no replies so far. The problem occurs only in BTC/CoinPot token pair with no such problems in other pairs. I have been using coinpot for some time and I am quite happy with their way of handling things. I just want them to correct this issue asap.

Anyone know where the "find my wallet address" link went to? I'm told it exists but I can't find it and need to change the default BTC wallet address I'm currently using. I've checked my account settings, the withdrawal screen, etc. I'm hoping I'm just blind and completely missing it somewhere. . .

You mean the withdrawal btc address? You can find it easily in the withdrawal screen between the "withdrawal method" and the "withdrawal amount"

I have just checked it again, converting 1000 tokens to BTC and it works just fine now. Coinpot has added some extra decimals after 1 satoshi. There is no problem now. Way to go CoinPot.

Confirmed, now it works as intended.

Not sure if anybody mentioned this issue before but since Blockchain changed their format for BitcoinCash (in order not to be confused with BTC) and coinpot doesn't recognize this format when withdrawing and it says please enter a valid address

i think faucethub is a bit better with more user friendly ui I don't think that we need to compare Faucethub and Coinpot because it'svery different service. Everyone can open faucet on Faucethub, they also have more features than Coinpot. Coinpot service was made only for their own faucets, but they also adding new features like mining, Coinpot tokens or lottery. In past Coinpot had some problems, it was loading slow but now it was fixed. And how you can say that Faucethub have more users when Coinpot don't have public stats about number of their users.

how can i remove 2fa or change 2fa from my account i made factory reset and i lost my 2fa google app and now i cant login from another pc / phone and i cant disable it because support is not answer send them 4-5 times the past month nothing
You must use the fixed secret code that you saved when it was given to you when you first enabled 2fa. That's the only way. If you didn't save it, I don't think you will be able to access your account unfortunately.

The crazy amount of the tokens created in the past 3 hours on lottery tickets doesn’t make sense!
Either people know something or they are just Trying to make something that shouldn’t be.
50 million ++ in an hour
What do you think do they know something or just fishing?

its actually only 5 million, not 50 million....and ive seen it this high before a few days ago! i think some people are depositing btc/ltc and converting to tokens to use on the lottery - not sure whether this strategy helps though

It makes sense to me - people love gambling. A tiny number leave with their pockets full, but usually, as the saying goes, the house always wins.

well actually in this case there is no fee or house edge - in fact they add an extra 1000 tokens into each hourly lottery i guess they must just make enough back from the advertising on that page to cover that and give them some small profit

Recently they have had an ad (some video in the bottom left of the window) that disables the claim button. Not sure whether that's still there, haven't seen it in a while. If that's your problem, you have to reload the page and try to be faster with the captcha than that video can load, or hope it doesn't load at all. Other than that I've had no problems claiming this weekend.

Thank you for your answer. But this wasn´t the solution of my Problem, i did not get to solving the captcha. The side froze at "You are signed in as" "Your current Balance is" and then nothing happened. But weirdly enough, the moment i complained here it worked again.
