Same error as several dozen times before.
There just isn't any maintenance on the server until it crashes and this time the crash was way overdue, because nearly all functions were either heavily lagging or not working at all.

If they do the same they did the previous times, it will take a day or so until they notice the server crashed and from then on another few hours until they have cleaned out the data and restarted the server.
Hopefully after that for a week or two their server will work smooth again, before these problems start all over again.

True, but I feel the service is becoming more and more unreliable. Also, I'm getting more pop-ups when I visit the faucets, some of which are actually taking me completely away from the site. My referral claims have plummeted over the past couple of weeks as a result.

I'm a huge fan of CoinPot, but if it continues this way, more and more people are going to start ditching it.

Since the rewards went online, it has never been better. This is often a problem in the past six months, even delays in issuing rewards, and there are also problems with taps.
In August, the use of CloudFlare as a website dns was completely unusable, and the reward for the coinpot was delayed.
I haven't started to maintain until today. After this maintenance, I don't know if there will be problems again, and it is hard to say.
In addition, use some website testing tools to test whether the coinpot can be opened. The code they give is 302, but the coinpot does not open properly.

Yeah, some sites have two redirections now. And two of them resetted my loyalty bonus again.

302 is a redirect, it may be from http to https or viceversa, or from www to without www, it's not generally a bad sign.

as for the rewards, I never use them, I only do faucets, maybe I fear I'm missing an important aspect to play with but I don't have time to stay up to date with all the stuff unfortunately.

As for the performance of the websites, it's strange that with bitcoin not going through a good time, they should be better with lesser users using them.

I know right, it happened before too.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do, all of the sites are managed by one person and he ain't gonna reply to any tickets we send.

Appartently they haven't done any maintenance, they just restarted the main server, leaving all the lags and not working parts in place.
I guess that's why this time the count of loyalty didn't get extended by the downtime.

I'm not exactly sure, but I believe the entire set of sites, from the coinpot faucets up to the entire mellowads site is just a 1 man show.
That explains why there just can't be any support nor any maintenance, he most likely has a real job and does this in his spare time, meaning he simply has no time to do anything besides the bare minimum.

Apparently he has survived longer than most other faucets, for the simple reason that he pays more than most other faucets.
Users just don't care about anything but the relation between time invested and value paid out, meaning the lower his expenses the more he pays.
Without any staff and without any maintenance he sure will lose a few users, but for the remaining users it's still one of the highest paying faucets there are.

Sometimes I have to pay attention to its network provider: CloudFlare

Coinpot cancelled my BTC withdrawal, reset my balance to "0" and says:

"The reason for this is because your CoinPot account has been suspended due to activity which goes against our terms of service or has been deemed as fraudulent."

This message means for me "We have your wallet and we can do anything we want" because it does not include which term has been violated by my account. I have been using Coinpot for 2 years solving captchas everyday and I am definitely sure that I did NOT anything wrong. What banning algorithm is running? No, there's no banning algorithm. My time is up and it's time for Coinpot to siphon off my funds from my wallet.

The time has come for me to stay away from Coinpot and related products. It is a scam network.
