Regarding the ICO - will there be measures to be put in place to prevent a couple whales from scooping up all the tokens?  There are a lot of new faces in the cryptocurrency market, and for a fresh face, its difficult to use MyEtherWallet to send a transaction in time when they are racing against whales. 

I am not necessary against first come first serve, as people will be able to buy tokens at a higher rate from the secondary market, but just wanted to know your official stance on it.

Maybe WCEX should implement some ways to prevent people from purchasing a lot of WCX when launching ICO. For example, the way Civic (CVC) does it a good one, which limit amount of tokens that a person can purchase, via a queue line.

Thanks for the ideas. This is something we're exploring. Nobody would want WCX tokens to end up in the hands of a few, so equitable token distribution is key. That's part of the reason we're giving away WCX tokens to many (over 60,000 people now at https://wcex.co).

Civic (CVC) did the token distribution quite good. They asked users to click on the queue link and waiting to be served. Each queue session will be able to purchase a specific amount of tokens. So if WCEX somehow prevent WHALE from purchasing WCX massively, then it's quite good!

I support the same problem. Many referrals are simply not displayed! Let your referrals try to confirm the email after registration, the letter comes! It certainly helped. But still most of the referrals are not visible after registration.

They reduced the payout for people who register from 100 tokens to 50 tokens + also reduced the payout for you that referred them. Before you could get 5000 tokens by referring 25, I was at 20 when they changed that. Now I have 55 referrals - I am not happy

Referrals are counted to you after they verify their email.

Referral rewards were reduced a couple of days ago and announced here beforehand. Rewards are likely to be reduced on a weekly basis. The rewards you made before the reward reduction remain untouched of course.

Like paypal did,  just let it rip and gradually reduce the referral benefit. It will pay for itself in the end.

yes let it rip. 85K still not really huge for a big exchange but if they can keep it up maybe hit couple hundred thousand. it's huge for the ICO though this could be really big.

I think a huge opportunity for WCX is to add the Ethereum token "DICE" to the list of coins to vote for.  This is a working gambling Dapp that is set to pay dividends on August 7th.  This token does not have great liquidity because the only places you can trade for them are EtherDelta and HitBTC.  Assuming this dividend payment goes well and they increase their bankroll, there could be a huge demand for this token and WCX can fill this void.  Can we add it to the list?
