Does that mean that the ICO is the ONLY time 'new' tokens will be generated? So if, say, 100,000 tokens are sold at the ICO, everything else is destroyed, and the 100,000 is then THE TOTAL amount of existing tokens?

2. Crypto will be anonymous. Fiat integration which is happening in 2018 will require KYC from customers if they want to deposit or withdraw fiat from/to a bank.
