The language code is affecting the ref code in the browser and so im not getting my referrals owed to me !!!!

Yes, they are. Keep in mind that your referrals need to verify their email before they count in your account.

That is maybe the issue... maybe you should have a popup to remind them???.... i only guessed you sent one and checked
