You mentioned that the exchange will be private and anonyous with no ID required.
Since you are not going to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, wouldn't this run afoul of our "guvment" bodies?
Exchanges all around the world are being MANDATED to adhere to the anti-moneylaundering and other 'regulations' at this time.
Also being that the USA government are always the first to put a damper on our party, will USA citizens be allowed to participate?
Please address this so I can become better informed.

We will request KYC for any transaction that touches fiat, upon fiat integration in Q2 2018. This is mandated by banks and some government bodies. Concerning U.S. people, we're still studying this. Good morning !

If you're with gmail and had a "." in your email, it's automatically removed - john.smith@gmail.com and johnsmith@gmail.com are the same email. |

This figure is growing rapidly, but compared to other trading instruments, this figure is actually quite low. Forex, for example, is estimated to have trading volume of around $5Trillion per day. This leads us to strongly believe crypto trading volumes have a huge amount of room to grow. But before that can happen, the market requires one (or more) exchanges that can provide a great service coupled with low fees. That's where WCX comes in. |

Well MOST exchanges require KYC for any transactions that touch fiat and do not require the same for crypto to crypto activities. So the only real differentiator you have is low fees, right? Because privacy isn't one of the differentiators here. <smile> You are "...still studying this." Hmmm... This is something you should be intimately familiar with at this time. It is critical and can make a difference as to whether you survive or not. If you are not familiar with the regulatory issues on a micro level, may I recommend you find someone who is? It is not a small consideration. It is not just the USA ... it is a global parameter. It is of HUGE concern. All the best! Thank you for your response. |

Any time an exchange integrates fiat, KYC is required because banks require it.
