Are your incorrect blatherings driven by ideology?
The same could be asked of you. There are several coins up more than BCH, take for example Binance Coin Which is why I would not make the claim that Binance coin "is dying". The careful reader will note that the claim to which I was responding was that BCH "is dying". Which -- at an increase on the day -- is quite clearly false. I don't much GAF about Binance coin, which is why I did not comment upon it until you drew me into a discussion upon it. But at least I can be truthful about it, which is more than I can say about tbct_mt2. Why you feel the need to spout off on the topic with a non sequitur about Binance Coin is beyond me. That one is in similar class as gemmybitzzzzzz. Maybe not quite as creative but certainly famous troll account/

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

LOL, what? nutildah got red trust, I can not believe that it can happen with that guy. iceBreaker is one of the most loyal troller in DASH topic. I wish that next update of Trust List will give nutildah neutral trust. It is likely one of way to abuse Trust.
Thanks, I appreciate it. iCEBREAKER doesn't like bcash either, but he also gave Evan Duffield a negative trust rating, so, I think he's a bit off his rocker. Oh well, shit happens. Whether or not iCEY is of any use or not... Even Duffield is a scammer. -just like- Bitcoin Jesus is a scammer. -just like- Craig Wright is a scammer. How is Duffield a scammer? Whether or not the instamine was planned, how could he have possibly known at the time that his coin would go on to achieve the level of success it did? At least he never claimed Dash was "the real bitcoin."

Duffield made significant contributions to the cryptocurrency industry which if I'm not wrong, he invented masternode technology and developed one of the solid altcoin out there. As one of the best developer I admire, I guess its very wrong to give malice to his name.

Ever since the end of the Great Bcash Civil War, this thread has become something of a ghost town. You need anything you can get to liven it up. Both sides spent all their money on ammunition and thus neither has the funds to begin reconstruction efforts. Basically, both sides lost. RIP shitcoins which insist on keeping the word "Bitcoin" in their name. Pretending you're bitcoin has proven to be a terrible business model.

Which one? There are two main contenders. This coin started out by being divisive, and they are now divisive among themselves. I'd recommend doing as much research as possible to see which of these hard forks matches your philosophy better.

If you're not sure whether to buy or not something (BCH, BTC, car, phone, shirt ...) , don't buy it! BTW, I have both BTC and BCH, because I am sure that I should have both.

the only digital coin that is worth consideration IMO is the one that can scale and is secure. If it cannot stop double spending or if it cannot properly scale then no one will use it as money at scale.
BCH is now a dev based consensus model so there is a single point of failure same with btc. The goal of the anti-bitcoin crowd is to add back in 3rd parties like Lightning network and dev based permissions/ liabilities like all vulnerable pre-bitcoin projects had.

LOL, and you think I'm a troll. You literally just said bitcoin was anti-bitcoin. Stop using the introduction of confusion as your primary marketing tactic. There's only 1 bitcoin, and that's Bitcoin. Then there are several altcoins with bitcoin in their names. These include: Bitcoin Cash Bitcoin SV Bitcoin Gold Bitcoin Diamond Bitcoin Private First Bitcoin

Sooner or later, the crypto community would soon realize both pros and cons of Bitcoin and its derivatives, that in the event that happens, they should take sides. I guess "the ball is now in the hands of the developers" of this projects and their capability to further improve and innovate more to ensure long term survivability. Imho.

The miners are the ones who run the network. this is why the devs are trying to remove them and also why miners should be hiring devs like SV seems to be doing IMO.

Yes, that’s exactly what the devs are doing with the lightning network. The devs are removing the miners incentive to mine through the implementation of the lightning network. What do you think the blocksize debate is about? The whole economic model of Bitcoin is literally destroyed for the socialist oligarchy of lightning nodes to collect their ‘hidden fees’ off chain. It’s central banking all over kiddo.
|
Worried about my trust rating? I am too. Bitcointalk users ‘Lauda’ and ‘gmaxwell’ have abused their superior powers in trust system to align their views with the ‘correct views.’ In no legal system in any jurisdiction do we have a definition for what Bitcoin is, they do not have the power to tell us what it is based on the rule of law.

This is a funny narrative that you've constructed to shill your fork of an altcoin, and nobody believes you. Mining won't come to a stop due to lightning because for as long as you and I are alive there will always be a block reward. The last bitcoin won't be mined until 2140, so its not really a problem to be concerned about for the next 120 years.

What does it matter to you if they do or not? You're assuming that lightning will cut down miner fees, which are only a small portion of the block reward. Lightning isn't meant to take away from what is currently in place, its meant to accommodate future growth. In addition, as I mentioned and you glossed over, block rewards won't disappear for over 120 years. So your whole narrative is bogus. I don't know if you get paid to do this or you do it for fun, but I sure hope its the latter. If not, your employer isn't getting their money's worth and should up the quality of their troll standards.
