I am beginning to appreciate any fud or fomo within this thread and its good for the coin to be talked about constantly as they always say " publicity be it a bad publicity, is a good publicity!". Smiley

Except for in the case of bcash… in which I think bad publicity is actually bad.

This coin is just getting back to where it was in late December, whereas most other coins are sitting on pretty substantial gains over this same time period (BSV is also an exception).

Whatever fud is thrown on BCH by naysayers only supports the idea that its of high importance and that its competitors are trying to take it down but unfortunately, the crypto community are getting more mature now that they know better now how to spot a shitcoin easily.

With maturity there comes industry.

With industry there comes risks, legal & compliance.

With latter there can only be a simple P2P electronic cash - with simplest stable impl and the road map max scale and to fix bugs  - no games - just Bitcoin.

The Bitcoin Cash rose more than 20% today. The percentage of rise is even higher than Bitcoin at some stage.

What is the reason behind the rise?

I'm guessing it is because more people are aware today -- as opposed to as of yesterday -- that BTC is but a flawed pale imitation of Satoshi's system, while Bitcoin Cash hews more closely to that original genius design.

Anyone with a campaign ad in their signature -- for an organization with which they are not otherwise affiliated -- is automatically deducted credibility points.

Roger only motive to promote bcash was to mint his token which he got from split chain and started promoting it and disgracing bitcoin network. Whenever you want to see the future See if the developer or the promoter of coin has a clean intention whats next when all his coins are sold he would promote something else and dump it on your face..some coins have developers working hard for it some coins have promoters.. you choose what you want in the future  Smiley

Hey bitcoinPsycho - which of the following are closer to the original design of the Bitcoin protocol as designed by Satoshi:
1) BTC; or
2) BCH

Hmm?

some coins have developers working hard for it some coins have promoters..

And some -- like the Cash forks of Bitcoin -- have both.

PorqueNoDos.png

Incidentally, BCH is up over 28% in the last 24 hours, which pretty much crushes BTC's 14+% gain.

Hmm?

3. BSV.

What chain will the miners choose to mine on when the lightning network is in full effect?

1. BTC which lightning transactions do not require any use of miners.
2. BCH currently capped at 32 mb.
3. BSV already successfully producing 128mb blocks with no scaling ceiling where as much data as possible is encouraged for use on the blockchain in support of the original protocol.

Then.

What happenens to miners and the billions of dollars already held up by mining producing companies and those heavily invested in the equipment already when on chain transactions are no longer the use of payment (lightning network)?

Worried about my trust rating? I am too. Bitcointalk users ‘Lauda’ and ‘gmaxwell’ have abused their superior powers in trust system to align their views with the ‘correct views.’ In no legal system in any jurisdiction do we have a definition for what Bitcoin is, they do not have the power to tell us what it is based on the rule of law.

This event today is bringing back the Dejavu events from April 2018 of last year.

Basically BTC had that BGD day and everybody assumed it would fade, however price kept rising and rising. BCH on the other hand basically trippled in value from a low of $600 to a high around $1800 or so, everybody was expecting $2000 BCH or 0.20 BCHBTC and it came close but never reached those figures and then a massive crash.

I have a feeling that history will repeat it self again and we will see massive gains with BCH compared to BTC in the next few weeks, however you need to becareful and not chase price, I think we will at least see 0.05 BABBTC this month.

Do you do math? Segwit Lightning coin is being outperformed by BCH and BSV.

It ain't religion, it's a simple 2-choice question. Afraid to answer it, bitcoinPsycho?

To reiterate, BTC is but a flawed pale imitation of Satoshi's system, while Bitcoin Cash hews more closely to that original genius design.

It is religion. You're basically arguing over which version of Christianity would Jesus be more impressed with if he came back from the dead. Just because somebody invents Calvinism after Roman Catholicism, it doesn't mean its a better religion. It certainly doesn't mean its going to be more popular or widely practiced.

Who cares what is closer to "Satoshi's system", besides people trying to pump one of bitcoin's imitators? You don't know what Satoshi is thinking, unless you still actually believe that he is CSW. Plenty of religions have started by their founder claiming to be the new messiah as well.

That's realistic approach we must keep moving forward with this strategy no need to get over excited. Even there is potential to get more higher value in coming days as like this rally get started. I also did this because it is safe way to play with wave.

Make sure you exit the scam coin before it starts dumping again and you're good to go.
