I think it's a good idea, but not everyone has the opportunity and capital to invest in snack food and even with investment in ICO, but it certainly needs good observation and good analytics before, to minimize investment losse

i dont really think altcoin would be a good investment, because like ETH fluctuate a lot, but stable later on designated price

Your right sir bitcoin is the best investment for long term, but you can also invest in altcoins for the mean time. Therefore just pick the altcoins with good reputation in the market to avoid lost. Otherwise I just recommend also ethereum as altcoins investment. |

If tou want to buy coins . Its better to buy bitcoins even the price is very high you can earn profit before end of this year because the price possible become 5000 dollars each. You can invest also waves coin the price now is cheap and i believe it will increase more in the next few months or maybe years and possible price of waves will become hundreds dollars after 1 to 3 years and after few more years will be thousands dollars.

Bitcoin would be good for long term investment because looking back to the price of bitcoin a few years ago, there is a huge leap of price and some people who were able to buy it in the first five years of its existence have already massive profit and some became a millionaire because of the massive increase in price. We can only make speculation and hope that bitcoin would continue rising since people who are into cryptocurrency has bitcoin and then an altcoin. Besides, some altcoin is use by whales to profit by pump and dump. |

You must be right. Compared to any other coins, bitcoin must be having more definite future to return us some big profits in more quicker time. Hence investing into bitcoin alone will be more profitable than risking with unknown altcoins. But there are some promising altcoins as of now but we cannot be sure they will keep on performing well all the times in near future also. |

Indeed some altcoin has good potential to be used as another alternative as an investment, of course coins that have good progress in the crypto market.

As far as I know, bitcoin is already a top crypto investment and has minimal risk of value crashing unlike altcoins which could be manipulated in some way and could affect their value but then again if we gamble correctly altcoins have lots of potential and could be regarded as a better investment in the long run

i dont really think that altcoin can have a lot potential to be better investment in long run, even you choose good coin like ETH or LTC the price isnt going up or stable at somewhere but when it comes to bitcoin, that the price is rising also you can feel the change back from 2012 until now 2017 |

Everything depends from what you aiming for. Bitcoin can bring good earning in next 5 years, how much x10 from now for example and that is 1 bitcoin for 30,000$, is it possible? Bitcoin price will rise I`m positive about that, but I also believe that some altcoins can make x100 or maybe more in next 5 or more years. I`m doing both and there is nothing wrong with that, maybe that is the best we can do. To have a little from everything, depending from your budget and organization I think everyone can afford to buy some altcoin here and there just in case, I believe there are many good altcoins there with promising future.
