Do you agree in death penalty?

yes i definitely agree with death penalty , because nowadays many people is going evil and doing evil deeds , many criminals killed innocents people/civilians , and they must die also by means of death , many countries legalized death penalty as their primary law , they do not tolerate such crimes like theft , rape , murder etc , they sentenced the suspects by means of death penalty , either hang to death , lethal injection or beheading them ,..

[I strongly agree to bring back death penalty too on those who committed grievous crimes . Well I think the authorities would really prove that a killer really killed someone so as not to give wrong verdict.

The problem will be, that said "authorities" will have a very different view on what is a "grievous crime" than you have. Just check in any country of your choice which offenses are punished harder than murder, and you'll find the whole range of political offenses. And those are not what they tell you.

In my country, a de-facto moratorium on the death penalty is in place for the last one decade or so. And this has led to a sharp rise in violent crime, especially that of murders and rapes. I believe that it is now time to bring back the death sentence.

Yes I agree that death penalty should exists.

The reason why I agree is simple, if you compare lifetime prison punishment vs death penalty you will understand that lifetime prison is pointless and that the death penalty is the more appropriate choice.

The imprisonment, the prison punishment is actually rehabilitation process. Now certain deeds, like massive manslaughter, killing kids or serial killing are followed by lifetime imprisonment or death penalty.

What is the purpose of the jail if it lasts lifetime?

Imprisoning someone for a lifetime will not change or help the people who got this punishment, they will only adapt to their environment and continue with thier evil deeds, but this time toward their cellmates or the guards who work at the prison.

So with lifetime prison, the hole imprisonment rehabilitation process is not happening and the jail time is pointless added to this the governments are wasting the tax money on some low life beings who acted as socio or psychopaths.

Why shouldn't a criminal receive death penalty instead of life imprisonment? Some prisons release the criminals after 24 years and there are many such who receive life-imprisonment and are psychopaths. They'll come out of prison and lead a normal life? Should this happen? Never! When they haven't let God take the life of those people they have killed, why should they be spared?

One psychopath killed and raped about 10-15 girls, cut them into pieces and then watched the videos he had taken while killing them. He got a life imprisonment and has been in prison for about 20 years. They said he'll be out soon as he had received life imprisonment

It is hard to say. It very discutable thing. Lately when the Church was the one who was doing it by burning people on bonfire for doing a crime. Whell, if the God is the one who decides who have done the crime or not, the the God is Judge and not people. If the God wants to take him or want him dead then he will die.

I don't really agree on death penalty, but it all depends on how grave their crime is. Some criminals can be considered evil and seems like they are not human anymore. Those people who committed inhumane crime should be punished by death penalty.

That's the important part there. For this to be successful, there must be 100% and without a doubt that the person to be executed is guilty or death penalty won't be doing what its meant to do. If only selected people who dob't have the money to protect themselves are the only ones executed, then there's a flaw with the judgement system and death penalty shouldn't be implemented

Death penalty should be implemented if a country is experiencing different crimes that can affect the normal citizens. For me, I want death penalty to be implement. That is because of the large amount of people who are using drugs that can cause mental problems so they don't know what are they doing and they don't know that they are hurting someone. This is my opinion about death penalty and we should respect each decision.

Yes because one of my relatives expirience a rape victim,
and i saw her everyday crying cos she cant move on and she got trauma. Thats why i agree to death penalty to learn the they're mistakes.

Sadly happened to others to have trauma in rape victims, me i am agree to death penalty, i believe that criminals and rapists will not increase when there is a death penalty, they will be afraid to make a crime.

You should first of all look at the statistics of the growth of crimes in those countries where the death penalty is present. Crime has never been afraid of the death penalty and this is proof even of countries where drug cartels are raging. There, even in prisons, the army is introduced to quell the killer.

yes... I saw a lot of crime happened in my country.. I think  they are not afraid because there is no death penalty just imprisonment that they can go outside after a year..

You are right, I do not think anyone should be afraid of death penalty especially if they do not do anything wrong, because death penalty is just for bad people who are doing murder and rape.

This argument is valid only if the death penalty is carried out quickly. But if the criminal is kept in prison for 30-35 years before the death penalty is carried out, then it is a big waste of tax money.

as far as i know, Only God can take lives since he is our creator - So my answer is No, I do not believe in death penalty because every person who committed a crime my change in the future.

Generally i don't aggree with the death penalty. Because firstly,  The death penalty goes against our most basic human right which the right to life. And also It sends the wrong message: why kill people who kill people to show killing is wrong. So it's a little bit stupid.
And finally, being killed by lethal injection or being electrocuted is not always smooth and painless, sometimes it causes a painful death.
To sum up i won't never aggree with the death penalty.
