A state that relys on methods like death penalty is acting on the same level of violence as its most cruel members. Therefore a state that murders its own citizens has lost all rights to govern anybody.

Yes, I agree with the death penalty, only for the most horrible killers of children, serial maniacs and rapists who purposely go to a new murder whose guilt is fully proved by justice and is not subject to appeal.

Yeah here are crimes that are so horrible it warrants an "an eye for an eye" outlook. The crimes you've mentioned are those that are deserving for death penalty given that after thorough study, the suspects are proven guilty without doubt. |

Yes i do. Its not only biblical but He also assigned those who are in authority to do the punishment of death to the offenders. It's said "life for a life". So if someone has taken someone else life on purpose his life must be taken from him too. Not by the offend party but by those in authority.
the most important thing that should distinguish a decent civilized person from a bloodsucker, is the lack of blood lust and together. We want to live in a civilized world and not in the wild west. And how are you going to live a civilized and decent life in the midst of cruelty? What solution could be best implemented to reduce criminality? |

I don't really agree with how the law works. Imprisonment for life?
Prison is its current form is the weirdest societal error. So just killing a dude might be doing him a favor, instead of getting gangraped under the watchful eyes of poor wage poorer intelligence guards

I'm not in favor of death penalty. We are not allowed to kill anyone. But that's from a point of view of myself when I was younger. But now I am in favor of death penalty coz those criminals are not human. If you see them killed a whole family. That's alarming. Punished them with death penalty so that the future criminals will be hesitant to do such crimes. |
