Do you agree in death penalty?

I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.

I believe in the rule before " an eye for an eye. a tooth for a tooth". We are not God, but we people should make a move to have justice for those who have been abused and oppressed.

Do you think that only god has the power to punish the criminals? Then what about the judiciary and the cops? If you don't want the judiciary to punish the criminals, then what is the point in spending billions of USD every year on the maintenance and salary on courts? IMO, religion is not a factor here and it should stay out. The judges will decide whether someone deserve the death sentence or not.

yes i agree to death penalty, for the rape victims in any kind of aspects (more in minor age), hard-killer that murdering people without no reason of killing. so i want a death penalty who do this !!!

     I do agree with your statement, As you said God is the only one who have right to take our lives from us, I did not agree in death penalty because I believe all of us need a second chance if we commit a mistakes, crime or we kill someone. And I think not all of judge in death penalty are all criminals sometimes they are innocent but they still judged.

Our life is precious gift of god to us so no one except god has the right to take our life but some people nowadays deserves a death penalty. For example a men who is a suspect for raping a women and when it is proved that he is responsible for the rape then he should be given a death penalty as he don’t have any right to spoil someone's life .

Capital punishment is in place in order to sanitize the society for a crime committed. The reason behind death penalty varies among countries. Imagine a society were there is no punishment. I am with the opinion that all guilty people deserve to be punished in proportion to the severity of their crime.If its death punishment so be it. This will serve as a deterrent to others .It will prevent others from attempting that crime or the number of people that will want to commit same crime will reduce. There are and will always be victims of circumstances that is those wrongly accused with probability of 0.001

I do believe that death penalty is a good way to discipline people. Having a punishment like this is a way of preventing conflicts and crimes in your country. Some people say that this is bad but for me, its the way to prevent bad things from happening.

All for capital punishment for the extreme criminals.   They don't deserve to live out their days and deserve the harshest of punishments.     I see no reason a person who is convicted of multiple murders with extraordinary proof should get to live for 40 more years in a cell.

Rape. I want those rapist die.
If  death penalty will approved in our country the numbers of crime will decrease.

Should be reserved for those really bad crimes and to be 100% guilty. No chance of reasonable doubt. Say video proof. Witness accounts have proven to be incorrect in the past.

I agree to the death penalty, but only for serious crimes, such as murder and rape, as well as the punishment applied to corrupt people, such as those in China that crime of corruption declines in China compared to the death penalty.

Many people have been charged with murder and given the death penalty, only for DNA or other evidence to overturn their conviction later. An unknown but probably significant number of people have been put to death for murders they did not commit. The death penalty is also not a significant deterrent—think of the murder rates in the US compared to other countries. We should do away with the death penalty.

I don't agree with death penalty. Only God has the right to take away someone's life, if we pursue death penalty it is like we pursue legal murder. Imprisonment is enough penalty for someone's crime.

yes, in some criminal acts i can say they should be punish by getting their lives. Some criminal acts do not give justice to the victims if the offender will just put into jail.
