Optimized. The latest wallet works much better.

How many processors and cores does the box have?  About 4 and 8?

16 cores

Is that a 2 processor xeon also?  Just trying to figure out, so when I get my xeon, I can fully investigate.
At least we know you are the equivalent of a few PCs of processing power.

whats the correct protocol for installing the new miner without loosing the coins in the existing one? Just by backing it up and and replacing the .dat file from old wallet with new will work?

On windows, just reinstall the download exe while the wallet is not running, and then just click the installed program icon.

On linux, just recompile and re-run biblepay-qt.

Always keep a backup of your wallet.dat off the machine, in case we ever become as big as bitcoin you can recover your keys.

Stop biblecoin client, backup the wallet and start the new client. Balances should be the same. If not, just replace the wallet.dat from the backup.

We can still use a few more testers in the pool for the next two days.  Right now we have one: Me.

Dev,  can you tell us which coin and version this coin is being forked from?   Is it Bitcoin 0.12? It would help me out with my builds.

Thanks!

Not entirely sure what happened, but as I was keying a transfer to c-cex, the wallet crashed and exited.

Tried it a second time, and it decided to just crash on its own with no action from me.

Additional note: I upped to 1.0.1.9 prior to this occurring.

EDIT: Not sure what happened, but it decided to behave after the 3rd restart. Disregard, I reckon.

BiblePay
1.0.1.9 Non-Mandatory Release

http://www.biblepay.org

- More efficient Miner
- Miner crash prevention rule
- Biblepay Pool Miner inside client (pool coming soon)

* Note: After you install this version, before starting the program, edit your config file and lower the genproclimit by 50%, and slowly increase it later to your personal preference, otherwise you may not be able to move the mouse
on windows as this miner is more CPU consuming. *

Still 12.500h/s with my E3 1230v2
but 125.000h/s in testnet.  Shocked

Hi Saul,

Because of a temporary HEALTH_DOWN reply, that the pool is sending on the main chain, in order to mine at full speed on main, you have to put an 'x' in front of the pool URL setting in the config.  This will be fixed asap.

Thanks.

Updated to new wallet. What  am wondering. On previous coins when setting mining active it did not mine/use CPU power before blocks were synced.
Here it is showing mining as active when there is no block source available / not yet synced and it utilize cpu 100%.

I am asuming mining done until sync is waste, but will it start mining real blocks when synced?
