Token Sale pricing structure remains the same as in the presale. So if we sell out upto Stage 3 in the Presale for example, Token Sale will start at Stage 4.

So you won't be able to buy cheaper on Livecoin. It will always be cheaper in the presale.

That's an interpretation but not a statement!

According to the website :

Any tokens unsold in the Presale will be sold in the Token Sale. Pricing will remain the same.

I think, it would be possible to see some Token at 0.008 on liveCoin, if the buyer dont have executed the paiement order. maybe 5%...
or as you wrote: if someone qualified for the Stage 1 fails to make the payment, additional tokens will be given to the next in line

But I'll be very dispapointed, if all Token will be sold at 0.008 on LiveCoin

3) WiC Reloadable cards (Just like gift cards, so that non tech users can buy it, scratch it and load WiC balance)

You really have to search sometimes to find a free wifi and when you do, its not so stable.

More and more places will give you free wifi but this project is still necessary.
