Pretty sure the bottom was closer to .1 USD. It hasn't pumped by like 5x in the past few months like some coins - $40 in August.

It has come a long way. $500 by sometime in 2018 is my conservative prediction.

Hey guys, so I just downloaded the Neo-Gui wallet and I'm trying to sync it but it is taking way too long and https://neo.org/client/chain.acc.zip just leads back to the homepage. Are they updating that? or is there a reliable link to one somewhere I'm not seeing.

Looks like more problems with neo wallets. Gas cant be claimed - once some gas has been claimed - you dont get anymore... and now all coins GONE off wallet. Doesn't show transactions - or any gas....  user interface useless. Where does one go for help - in english??? The coins show up on the antchain.xyz  but I've had my fun now  - want the coins back on my wallet...... If anyone has links or suggestions - would be appreciated.

The NEO-GUI wallet can be a bit slow at catching-up with itself (synchronising) but once it has you will see your NEO and GAS. I sync my wallet every couple of days so, otherwise it could take hours to sync.

I haven't synchronized in weeks so it will probably take me a few days. That being said, last time I tried to claim gas, I could only do so after transferring to my own address. Hope it won't be the case this time.

That is how it always works, and will do for the forseable future - if not forever, to claim your GAS you will always have to transfer NEO from your wallet address back to your wallet address, unless you hold it on an exchanged like Binance or Kucoin who will automatically give you your GAS.

I think Neo platform, despite all the problems with the Chinese authorities, will still be in demand by the market. There are already several projects launched on the platform Neo.

That's not true, NEO is global, anyone can make use of the platform and this will only increase over the coming years. Besides, NEO can still host Chinese ICO's, only the general public will not be allowed to invest and it's not only the ICO projects that make use of the platform.

DeepBrain Chain provides a "decentralized, low cost, and private AI (artificial intelligence) computing platform." Similar to golem, they use computer resources from people all over the world and pool them together to provide computational resources. Their goal is to provide AI companies with cheaper computational resources as they consistently grow more expensive. Supposedly, 10%-30% of an AIs companies' budget is spent on hardware for computing power. DeepBrain Chain can reduce that cost by 70%.

It's a fast growing field that's generating excitement worldwide and for good reason. Miners get paid in DeepBrain Coin (DBC) for the work they provide on the network that goes toward AI computational needs. They also get payed in GAS since DeepBrain Chain is on the NEO platform.
