Great i am happy to be with you. To be able to invest in real estates and have a share on what we bought, and to also have tokens that could really increase in value if the project is correctly done, it's great.

I agree with greatteager. Launching platform is critical (even beta). If people see the platform, they could invest much more.

I find it curious that so many startups in the cryptosphere have an ICO when there hasn't been a public launch yet, let alone revenue. Compare that to companies like Google, Facebook who had their IPO when they were firmly established, and any sign of Uber's IPO is murky at this point. Then again the cryptosphere allows for exactly that, a fast launch cutting most of the red tape. In case of REAL maybe this ICO could be considered the seed funding stage instead of a traditional public offering. It's a difficult comparison, the lines are blurred because the tokens are not just shares but also the oil that makes the engine run.

IPO and ICO are totally different things. ICO is basicly to get funding when you have a good idea. Like you said yourself, a fast way to launch a bit project. And in this case the idea, team and whitepaper is really solid so an ICO is the perfect way to start.

Yep, but you're comparing S&P 500 to cryptoexchanges. IPO give you shares in company and ICO in many projects give exactly nothing (useless token without dividend with artificial price). In case of Real you've got something closer to stocks due to divident and price will be directly related to their succes. It's more like Venture Capital funding  Wink

Yep, bad comparison to make. And ICOs finally allow the average Joe to do some early investments as well, they're not just for Venture Funds anymore.

Can you have a beta version of the platform? I would like to see how it will look. It is very interesting to look for an investor.

Just read the full whitepaper. I'm really impressed, haven't seen any whitepaper yet with so many formula's and calculations.
Thumbs up for you.
What i haven't found yet is the total number of Tokens that will be in the market? Or maybe i just overlooked it.

Thanks

Looks like this project has a bright future in front.
After reading whitepaper i didnt understand exactly what "to tokenize an asset" mean. Is it just to register it to your website using smart contracts?

I seen, that you will target opportunities in Spain, Caribbean and USA? Why such different countries?

And, devs, please, answer me, where your company located?

We will invest in properties worldwide, our company is located in Singapore.

You want to raise from 50 mln (soft cap) to 100 mln (hard cap). So you want to raise from around ~60 to 120 mln usd? Right?
What your min cap for working platform?

We changed our caps, now it is 30-60 !

Our min cap is 1MM, we would of course go much slower as traditional startups.

I don't get the RPP part. It's another token ? I mean when your platform interact with smart contract X for property X REAL or RPP will go to contract? And when you say "RPP are tradable" this means, for example, property X give me 1 eth gain/month, after 12 months it gives me 2 eth/month, wich means my partecipation is worth a lot more then 12 months ago. In this case I can sell my RPP and double my initial investement?

YES!  RPP is a internal token.

Isn't 1M too small? You can't buy big property with that kind of money. And also there will be additional expenses like legal fees etc.

We are used to raise projects from the ground. We have many Venture Capital interested in our project so we would raise additional funds as needed.

Give me the link to the road map, I can not find. In Whitepaper isn't present. And this is a very important for me.

There is no road map in the whitepaper. may be on the site?
Why find road map?

Will post about this and add it to the whitepaper.

This is the "raw" roadmap Smiley

•   December 2016: Project envision
•   January 2017: Blockchain Team formation.
•   June 2017: Bernardo Hernandez joins team.
•   July 2017: Smart Contracts developed
•   July 2017: Legal incorporation.
•   August 2017: Token Sale
•   September 2017: Further Operations and Legal Set Up
•   October 2017: Platform Beta Test launch
•   October 2017: First Real Estate invesments in Spain
•   November 2017: Platform Live Launch
•   December 2017: First profit payments
•   January 2018: Other countries investments.

It looks promising, fix on the main page, many investors pay attention primarily to the road map.

Now we're talking. I mean I'm sure that you will raise far more than minimum (even hard cap is possible), but Venture Capital is always good thing.  Grin

YES!  RPP is a internal token.

Oh I see, so it will be a complex system with more smart contracts, REAL->RPP-> Property smart contracts which will deliver ETH for profits and RPP if we want to sell our partecipation for that property

I just got finished reading the white paper and watching the promotional videos on youtube. This startup is gonna be massive, simply because of the incentives that are provided to token holders. I never owned a condo before, but with these REAL tokens, I can own part of a stake in a condo.  Cool Unfortunately, I'm American, and can't invest in this ICO. This is a long-term investment based startup, I know down the line the growth will be huge. For now, I'll continue to closely follow the progression of this project.

Hello Melissa,

I've just read all the posts and the Whitepaper and I've got a few questions that i believe haven't been asked yet.

1) Do i get it right that dividends will be paid in ETH based on ETH/EUR rates at the day of payment ?

2) I quite don't understand the concept of Core Operating Budget. If all goes well and hard cap is reached you'll get approx. 60M $. You wrote in Whitepaper that because of COB, 80-90% of that sum will go to push fund. COB is etimated to be 8M $ in the next five years, that is 13,3% of hard cap.
    a)  does that mean that COB, which basicly is salaries of the team, will be funded in full for the next five years from the money gathered through ICO?
    b) salaries in the Whitepaper are shown in ETH. Is it for illustrative purposes, or do the team get paid in ETH? If so, what when ETH increases in value 300%?

3) Are the targeted 12-20% annual returns before or after operational/maintenance/management costs and interest rates?

Best wishes,
BM
