There are some real estate crypto projects announced lately, since REX, there is ICO ESTATE, ATLANT, SOSNOVKINO and some others, then i am wondering, which is better and which is good? How can you convince us to go with this project and prove that this one is much better than the others?

REX for example is a real estate listing service basically, ATLANT is similar to this but as a "normal" investor is this clear? "Rental income is distributed to the property token holders after  fees  are  deducted  by the
management  company,  and  the  reserve  fund  is  topped  off  should  it  be  less  than  10%  of  the  property  price  for  the  past  6  months  of  trading,  or  initial  price  of  the  PTO if  6  months has not elapsed"

They are connect with Gatecoin exchange.. Not hear about them much but I see they are also licensed as a Hong Kong Money Service Operator (MSO), enforce strict know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance policies which are regulated by the Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department. )) at least it will not have problem like btc-e... nice exchange

I personally don't use them, but they are not small actually. Bigger than livecoin. And it is a good start, i believe this kind of project we will see much better exhanges (like bittrex) but still, good start.

$22,744,249 volume as I'm writing, not the best volume, in comparison Bithumb has $1,511,823,600 , Bittrex $470,976,051 but yeah it's a good volume compared to other well known exchanges (for example Nova). And btw start from a chinese exchange is a top notch idea, if REAL volume will be good more chinese exchanges will follow and you all know what it means, in China people are crazy with cryptos

Do not put all eggs to one basket my friend. This ICO looks solid, so you shouldn't be worried about future of your investment, but every ICO can fail.

The golden rule is to disperse your investments especially if the project is supported just with idea and no actual product/platform. I believe in REAL, thats why im here, but the risk is present in every investment. Right now all i can do is to help spread the word.

You know what hackers do? They copy all the website's code and paste it on another domain, so for example if you see a website named real.io I'm sure it will appear same as real.markets but with a different eth address on the sale page! You can only trust https://www.real.markets/

bittrex is everybodys favorite Real is looking like going to be huge, so bittrex or some big chinese exchange sites will be there at some point, may be not at start but in some point, they will be there.
