If I use my REAL tokens to invest in an property, 90% of the rent for this property is distributed to the investors. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now my question. How do they pay out these profits? Will the investors get REAL tokens as a reward (like they are staking REAL) or will they get payed in an other crypto currency?
The rent is converted to ETH, You get a percentage of the total amount of the rent/ETH by the amount of REAL tokens you have invested minus the 10% for the REAL team. I could be wrong, read the white paper on their page. https://www.real.markets/maybe someone can explain better. I believe you got the explanation right. A good choice since ETH is such an established crypto that offers easy liquidity. Though a possible downside is the volatility that even a big crypto like ETH has. Of course, this can also be an upside, you get the ETH and ETH course rises, you are getting extra profits

I thought about this as well. Rent is converted to ETH, depending on the daily market rate. Assuming a projects monthly rate is the same, if ETH price goes down you will receive more ETH. If ETH daily price goes up you receive less ETH. That is my take on it.

Yes it will definetly be like that. 2100$ for rent, if ethereum 300$ you'll get 7 ethereum, if ethereum 700$ you'll get 3 ethereum. Otherwise it won't make sense. Nobody would accept to pay rent base on cryptocurrency.

So holding REAL tokens and investing them makes you also increase your ETH-stock. That's definitely another benefit of this project!

Exactly, and if you;re worried the ETH price will drop, you can just change it to dollars as soon as you get paid So it's a good deal

I have a bit of a hard time to understand where or how the real value is placed in the projects. I mean if I buy real tokens and invest in a project. How is that transferred to fiat money so the house can be bought?
I think at first this has to be done through exchanges. For large amounts I think it's best to use OTC stuff, maybe Gemini or something with a darkpool. In a couple of years it's very possible that banks will accept payment in crypto (and exchange it to fiat themselves), so there will be no need for exchanges. Long term scenario, crypto is an accepted payment method. But then It would Cause a huge dump of the token, since they need like ether or BTC to get some real fiat token. Will they try to sell the tokens back to the community, very strange if that is the idea.

I really like real estate projects, be it in the real world or the world of crypto.
But in which country will this real estate project? More precisely where the project location was built later?
I have subscribed to newsletter and joined in your telegram group to get updated info.
Thanks Limmousine: Our company is based in Singapore, with office in Singapore and Barcelona, Spain. In the Whitepaper there is some information about our initial investing strategy, we will start investing in Spain where we have direct access to very good opportunities now the economy is recovering and many Europeans are flocking to the Spanish coast. But we will also look into opportunities worldwide. Our goal is that we become a global real estate crypto-investment powerhouse together with a very stable and growing Token. Melissa I agree, because in europe is very good for real estate development, its enthusiasts certainly a lot. Okay .. i will read and study your whitepaper before i join in this ico. Real Estate is a hot market, billion dollar industry. This can help revolutionize the real estate industry!

Yes, just a video of the platform, but still this will give a big boost before ICO. I'm glad they listened to us, because there are too many project which dont offer at least a beta platform before ICO.

Expected Returns: We are targeting 12-20% annual returnsREAL will earn a 10% commission fee on all income or value appreciation profits from investments made through the platform. My question is, is the targeted annual return of 12-20% equal to (Pv - Pc) or (Pv - Pc - fee)(1 - c)? Because in the latter case the investors are looking at a 2 to 10% profit a year, deflationary effects excluded.

Yep, also the quality of projects decreased compared to last year, plus lots of promises n over hype!
