If they can truly bring 12-20% annual profits this project will be awesome! I might put a big amount of my savings there if it works like they say it will.

i would say that is good idea to invest on real estate business. team is very experienced. in real estate without experience nobody can make much benefit. Real team will be do job done as they said 20% profit. so that means they will do best. i know real estate business. how teams doing i saw big profit with big money.

As long as the 12-20% wouldnt get eaten by the pumps and dumps of whales. I do not hope, that the token will get a speculation asset. But when the value of the token would be more important than his real sense/task, giving the holders a divident, it could get really dangerous for the development in the future

The 12-20% is profit that you get paid in ETH, not from appreciation of the REAL token. Though of course the token value might change as well.

Thank you, I just checked it out. It is nice to see a bit of transparency within a crypto based startup company. The more videos created using actual team members, the less likely it is to be a scam, in my opinion.

I want to invest 6 ethereum in one of the real esate blockchain projects, but there are several of them. How should I pick the best one for an investment?

I'm trying to find the difference between them, but they all seem similar.

What i like is that he mentions that they might show of some of the platform on monday (tomorrow). It's an alpha he says, but it's good news that they are already that far and confident to show it off.

In crypto world you can't find lower risk than real estate Smiley

The last time I posted about Real's relatively low volatility I was thinking that the Real tokens could also be used to pay salary. After all, who is going to pay in a currency that is poised to rise 100% or more in a year, and who's going to accept payment that could become worthless any time? A currency that is backed by real estate could fix that, while at the same time dodging some problems with fiat.

Then I thought, 12% to 20% annual profit is still too volatile to use as salary.

What cryptocurrency is more stable and lower risk than a real estate backed one? USDT Tether! (That is, until the Fed starts printing the money again...)

That said, Real could fulfill needs other than salary payment, such as long-term hodling.

Thanks for sharing man. It's good that they're showing the product, albeit in alpha. we get to have an idea of what we're dealing with here.

someone know real token which exchange will be available after ICO? and what distribution when will be distribute to investors? after ico or same time?

Not sure, but projects like this are usually listed after ICO on exchanges like novacoin cryptopia or livecoin, so I would be expect the same for this one.
Not sure, but it seems to me that a project that interested bitcoinsuisse, will be listed not only on this exchanges.  Wink

they said they will list on gatecoin and second they will on bittrex i think. i prefer livecoin exchanges is also good. real project should try also on livecoin. that is also good choice i think.

Just seen Gatecoin exchange, its seem not bad exchange. Only 19 pair on it. Not fully shit coin. So, this is a nice selection.  Roll Eyes

If they can truly bring 12-20% annual profits this project will be awesome! I might put a big amount of my savings there if it works like they say it will.

in ICO world 12-20% annual profit is not so much but at least as it is bound with real estate I would say it will be more or less guaranteed, which is a nice.

The market will crash sooner or later tho, and its not as safe as real estate.
With REAL you can put your savings into real estate as safer option and get pretty good returns - better than banks.

You have a point here, glad to see a well-thinked post.

FIAT is FIAT and cryto is crypto. I mean, any coin/token has great volatility, even BTC. It is very likely that REAL will have a bottom backed by real state but that doesn't mean the price can't pump - sky has no barriers. So cannot use REAL for salaries, nor even in the case they payed your profits in REAL tokens. As another user pointed out, they will probably pay in ETH (the white paper states that it could be in any cryto, even BTC).

Even USDT won't be a salary payment tool. Workers want real money, not assets.

real estate is the most stable investment,  more than gold
