Well, Assuming those grayed addresses are alt accounts that have been removed from the genesis, Then we still have about 15 more to 600.

the way it is to work is by tally of the 51% of the list have to vote... at that point the tally average will be effective so what ever is the tally of the votes will rule! and many of the dumbshits that voted like 25000 participants  throw this into a whirlwinds and everyone receives only a few tokens each
