Why people are irrelevant and not participating actively in voting or further development. I was finding out reasons, the very first is the way this project was started without any clear model or plan it was unprofessional. People drop their addresses at start and then don't follow the projects which is seen here. In my opinion things could go more better if everything was introduced at start.

But on the other hand even if they dropped ETH address and moved away, I would expect that at least they should check once a week what is happening so you cannot say they did not have chance.

AKA BOT. changed his mind several times and changed the rules along the way also so for several days  the rules changed frequently. and even untill now all the defined lines required to push a solid community forward DAO "meaning without the DEV and his scripts running "LOL" so no one has any idea of what will happen or when!

and another thing.....
as it sits we only have a few over 600 applicants... if we have to wait untill 1000 are approved this will turn into a viscous cycle! a catch 22 .
The world as we know it is not round! the only way it could be round would be to eliminate all surface structures and melt all the icebergs and remove all land with high or even low elevation!  Round the world is not!
the only thing round will be this airdrop!
wait untill he demands money or should i say ETH for allowing you to participate! he already raised the amount 2 times... so imposing a factotum sum for transfer and payment would only be normal i guess!

I think the raising the ETH amount may be to reduce number of alts as well.  Some people would be discouraged to have alts when they would have to distribute eth to all addresses.

I think the problem was not having a cap from the dev. For example if it was in the rules that the first 500 genesis accounts would get to decide the hardcap for airdrop participants, things would have been a lot clearer. But now, the more people come, they'd obviously want to push the limit to make sure atleast they are in, and like you said, it would be a continuous cycle.

Anyone that dropped their addresses and haven't been checking atleast once in two days probably doesnt care about the project, I mean it has some exciting aspects to it, and its still only beginning, so If we have to beg people to vote at such an early stage, They are either alts or not interested.

i think you don't see the point behind raising the ETH thing...
coz if the dev want to demand money, he could've just made an ICO and start raising ETH just like tons of ICOs out there,
i see it is a very smart strategy from the dev to reduse cheating and alts accounts with that 0.01 ETH rule.

Just remove all those who signed up but did not participate in the vote. People who want to be founding members should assume an active role and vote, failing to do so in the very first vote is a clear indicator that either they have no interest in participating actively or they cannot follow instructions. Any of those two reasons should be enough to lose their "founder" status.

1. Please set the ANN in such way that all votes are visible and keep updating it there.
2. Explain why we need to hold ETH in our wallets, is it for the gas required to sign the contract for the TAO distribution.
3. Set up a slack/telegram/discord with a channel dedicated to votes and another one with instructions. You can run your bots there much more efficiently.
4. Remove inactive , duplicates and those who cant follow simple instructions.

Totally agree with you. People who aren't able to follow simple instructions shouldn't be part of the founding community. Or at least get a really small stake.

I think we need to hold ETH in our wallets for verification that we care and to assure that there is gas available to spread the coins when they are released.
