Recently deposit stake timeline on stake a little bit delay. I mean, the transaction already having confirmation with around 10-15 mins but still the deposit is not credited ~XD I guess they have some customer increase, activity, and transaction.

Seeing by the number in the chats rooms, recent discussion in here, and my experience deposit. I guess they really have some increasement or bussy time right now.

Maybe it depends on the type of network? Yesterday I made a deposit to be in time for the start of the match - the funds were credited very quickly USDT (BSC).

Actually I had a similar problem yesterday and today. I made 2 quite small withdrawals in USDT bet-20 and the first one yesterday took over an hour to get to my wallet. It showed as processed but the transaction link was basically an error link. Same today but today it "only" took 20 minutes to arrive, which is also not normal. Every time when I make withdrawals it arrives max 1 minute later.

Not on all networks, because I still feel quite fast especially when depositing TRX and that's fine. But on some ETH and BSC networks, I agree there is a slight delay in crediting the balance to the account but I don't really pay attention to the duration. Unfortunately, when looking at the deposit history, there are only confirmed records, whereas if you look at the bell notification section, there are 2 (pending and confirmed) pending deposits with time notes, while confirmed deposits do not display time notes.

Not sure why his verification takes until 3 weeks long, cant speculate because I have never seen a new player in Stake with this kind of issue before.

Not only at Stake, but also in other casinos. Level 2 verification (identity documents) doesn't take such a long time on any platform. It is strange that the user 'bubilas' has been waiting since last 3 weeks for the level 2 verification only. We only see this type of delays for proof of address and source of funds verification (level 3 and level 4).

Even if they improved the procedure or ecen if they need extra checks, I dont think a player should wait for weeks just for KYC verification because I believe Stake is professional and they can do it faster.

Yeah, that's just my guess. We don't know the real reason because @bubilas said support didn't say any reason. Generally KYC is checked within 72 hours if there is an error, notification will appear in the right corner. It seems the issue has been resolved by the campaign manager since @bubilas didn't say anything here.

KYC is required for withdrawal, as far as I remember they implemented it since last year especially for new accounts.

I missed this information so this is the new rule? only applies to new accounts after January while accounts created before January can request withdrawals without KYC

I realized this since Saturday after claiming the weekly bonus, there is a delay in deposit/withdrawal (BSC network) but on my side it's not more than 30 minutes
On withdrawal the status is transferred but TXid can't be traced, so the problem with Stake or network? if you say Tron network is smooth then the problem is with BSC.

My deposit required live-support to be credited. It's been over 20 mins, and still not getting credits + checking on confirmation TX is over 1,000 confirmation. My only guess, not coming from network but mostly from stake it self.

When we talking about verification on casino what we should know is that most casinos make this process very easy and fast as long as the gambler provides the accurate means of identification for such process, the mode of application and documentation matters in how fast the process can be, in most Cases I have never experienced time longer than 15 minutes to get verified using my driver's license in most cases.

What makes some to take more longer is because they have to escalate their issue when something is missing or suspected from what should be presented, but once everything is well given as required, I don't think to get verified will take more than few hours.

This makes it an utmost challenge for any user to first know about what is being required first before engaging on presenting any documents that may be rejected by the team, this is not about stake alone now, but every other platforms which may require from us any means of getting verified.

You are right, majority of the times, the delays is caused by gambler's inability to provide a globally accepted document, instead try to submit other hard to verify documents, for example, here in my country, we have what is called voter's card and also we have drivers license or international passport for KYC verifications, and among the three, voter's card process happens to be the hardest and take longer time, so in this the gambler may think that the delay is cause by the casino not knowing that the document presented have hard windows of data base access and at that sometimes it deny request from KYC team to verify some details on the documents.

Occasional delays happen in all casinos i have played in, and it could be about numerous issues. But most of the time it's not anything to do with deposits though. It's withdrawals and even with those it's 1 one out of 100 when casino has done something wrong. Other 99 times it's the place (not casino) where i am withdrawing to, that's having issues.

For some reasons casinos deal deposits faster than any CEX or other third parties i have seen.
I guess that's because casinos could always cancel all bets that have done if transaction didn't get fully confirmed in the end.

It is pretty obvious that in the eyes of regulators and also in the eyes of the staff of centralized casinos, it would be ideal of people went through full KYC process right after registering and even going all the way up to providing sources of income, proof of residence and passport, but realistically those are documents are rather a hassle to get when people are only interested on gambling as soon as possible on a new casino or their favorite casino...

For platinum 5/6 this bonus is actually 356$ (or something in that area), which is not bad. Getting this bonus though is very hard as we all know, otherwise we would read about it more often.

The instructions say you should contact support, so what their response? I'm sure the support team can explain this situation fully.
From my side the problem is not only with the withdrawal we also can't make a deposit and I can see the same notification so it can be ensured this network is under maintenance. There's no other way bro, it's better to wait a few hours.

It's better to just wait than to keep playing and lose later. It's already a decent profit and usually this maintenance doesn't take too long. I understand your situation that might want to withdraw it immediately, but at this moment it's better not to take the risk of playing the balance, unless you choose not to withdraw it and want to continue playing. I hope in the future Stake will add a conversion option so we can swap to another asset if we run into issues like you.

Today I looking around Stake Originals and finally got some time to take a look at their new game called snakes. I thought it was going to be a different kind of games, perhaps having something to do with the classic snake games we all had on our phones when we were younger, but it rather like playing dices in a different format.
