Hi guys. How do I withdraw BUSD from my balance? Every time I try to do this, I see this error message.
There was about $8 there and I was already thinking of losing it, but yesterday, with the help of one of the slots, $8 turned into ~30 USD.

The instructions say you should contact support, so what their response? I'm sure the support team can explain this situation fully.

It's better to just wait than to keep playing and lose later. It's already a decent profit and usually this maintenance doesn't take too long. I understand your situation that might want to withdraw it immediately, but at this moment it's better not to take the risk of playing the balance, unless you choose not to withdraw it and want to continue playing. Yeah snake is not really that exciting to be honest. Just some random numbers games which then pays some multiplier which mostly is small or you bust. The "easy" version is a total waste since hitting 2x is so hard and ever other multiplier is so tiny, it's not even worth it. The harder you play of course the number of snakes multiplies significantly while the winning multipliers aren't that good still.
I mean yeah, it won't become their most popular game of course, but at least it7s something different, kinda.

Can we have a confirmation that his request has been granted, since this is more of a network issue/maintenance from their end, and as we also see, not only the withdrawal was being affected, but the deposit as well using USDT bep20 sometimes there could be such network glitches and within a short time it will got fixed, anytime we experience anything related to this, we can always contact the support team for clarification.

For some reason, I didn't think about contacting support at all...
But I decided to follow the advice... I wrote that I have a problem with BUSD, but all other tokens are being withdraw normally. But judging by the first two responses, support always has stupid users:



First of all, they gave me links to the help pages (apparently the words "I use the EVM address for output" don't mean anything to them).

Next, I was asked to try a different browser, as well as clear cookies and cache.


But the support guy finally confirmed that the withdrawal and deposit of BUSD is closed, after I asked in plain text to check the status of the BUSD wallet and whether the withdrawal of the token is closed.
They changed BUSD to USDT and I finally brought them out without any problems.

That email was just yesterday. I am active in Stake.com, although I do not know the reason behind why I got that offer. I had no idea that they were just picking gamblers because I thought everyone would receive such an email and offer.
