The weekly/monthly tabs are also useless. No clue why they need to reinvent the wheel there and even send an email because of it.  Roll Eyes

Exactly my complain when I first noticed this update. Truly they upgrade the looks because it has logo now for the bonuses but the feature doesn’t have any difference since you will still need to claim bonuses through external medium like email and telegram announcements instead of just putting a claim button on that VIP page.

Same thing with reload that you mention. They should just make the claim much simpler just like other casino that everything is intact and as is on the VIP page.

Stake always like having complexity and mystery when it comes to their bonuses.

This is to avoid multi accounting but also to satisfy local laws and regulations. Before that you could just register and play instantly but I think, even though I am not a real fan of KYC of course, I think this was a good addition.

If not wrong, in the old UI/UX, the VIP Informatio only by a button in the left and those information contains in fully the information of the VIP program. I bet, most of user just care about information like (Monthly, Weekly & Rakeback) they want to give those information easily to the user.

Yeah I think that's a reasonable reason, makes it easier to understand. Generally new players don't know about these bonuses moreover they have to reach Bronze level to claim it well, imagine if they are non-VIP of course they think this feature is useless.

Yeah that's exactly, at least they don't forget about Stake even though they never log in but they will always see it in their email. On the other hand we know that email lists are quite important and some casinos are even willing to buy these lists, I have received an email from another party who offered me to create an account at another casino this is an indication that our email list has been leaked or sold to another party, that's why i'm not sure if stake diverts all the bonus information on the casino page because they will miss many opportunities and updates.

I still don’t understand the point why they need to keep the monthly bonus through email notifications while they have already this feature.

Maybe it's part of marketing so you will check your email more often because some important information is shared via email, imagine if all the bonuses are available on the casino page then users will ignore email updates such as deposits using local currency, tournament or new personal offer. Maybe some users don't care about that email but for the marketing team it is very important.

Exactly that. Emails and telegram can give you notifications on your phone, the stake website can't. So if it was only published on site you would have to check it all the time if they already gave the monthly or whatever. Sure it's also good that way (at least for stake) since it generates traffic, but convenience wise it's easier to reach people through several outlets instead of just one.

Indeed Stake quite often sends emails regarding ongoing betting event offers or other updates. Each casino may choose this method to provide updates to every customer, both active and inactive. Moreover, if updates are only made on social media, not all customers necessarily follow the casino's social media. But if Email, it is connected to customers.

Regarding promotional event updates, Stake representatives on the forum are still quite active in sharing updates. But I see their Telegram channel seems to have not made an update for several weeks. Has anyone noticed this?

The weekly/monthly tabs are also useless. No clue why they need to reinvent the wheel there and even send an email because of it.  Roll Eyes

I cant agree more, I thought that the new VIP tabs give new feature such as a claim button for the weekly and monthly bonus but I was wrong since the weekly is still using link as usual.
Come on stake, I dont think it is hard to add and implement the same claim button as what we have for the reload and rakeback.
If we can claim reload and rakeback without link, logically we can also do the same thing for the weekly and monthly bonuses as well as pre/post monthly bonus.

Exactly. Nowadays, implemented maybe a half year or a bit more ago, you have to pass some sort of KYC level to be able to see the deposit address. This is to avoid multi accounting but also to satisfy local laws and regulations. Before that you could just register and play instantly but I think, even though I am not a real fan of KYC of course, I think this was a good addition.

There are people who are very good in having multiple accounts on their favorite casinos and use them simultaneously -an action that's forbidden by many casinos so you don't expect these set of casino users to patronize any casino company that requires KYC. The KYC addition is a good one to regulate the authenticity of customers but at the end, I think most customers who don't buy the idea of KYC will likely not use it again.

Yeah, when the weekly bonuses were distributed, there was a little problem even I failed to claim it several times but after 30 minutes everything seemed back to normal, this is not the first time and always appears after the weekly bonus out I think this is due to a surge in traffic from users at the same time so that a small problem arises. By the way Stake announced via email that a new inhouse game is coming soon and I suspect this launch will come with a bonus, yeah monday is the ideal time to get it.
