Seems like stake actually changed some vip stuff.

Now it says you get a vip host from platinum 2.
Also the reload thing sounds strange. Just "14 day daily reload".

Although at the reload site it clearly says:

"As a Platinum VIP on Stake you are always entitled to this feature."

Why are the users not informed of obvious changes?

I think Stake seem to think that it is too easy to progress to Platinum I and too many people reach that level too quickly. I know Eddie once said that they never anticipated that there would ever be more than say 5 players that will reach Diamond level and now there are loads of them.

The Platinum and higher levels are increasing too quickly and the cost to fund that is getting higher and higher, so it was just a question of time before this happened. (In future only Diamond players will have VIP perks... mark my words)

Just my luck, because I am Gold now and I was looking forward to having Platinum I rewards.

No need of taking this to a big discussion. In my understanding Stake team won't come to such a decision. Because, increase in the VIP users is true growth of the Stake. For sure they will experience a decline in the revenue, but through the increased usage of the platform it gets compensated.

Aiming only at rich folks was never a good idea for business, and I'm sure Stake staff is aware of that. But people who really wager a lot on the site should feel they are valued, and Stake is doing everything to provide them with that feeling. I don't see where this convo is coming from or going. You need to be platinum 2 instead of platinum 1 to get a VIP host simply because stake has a huge influx of players that have come in the last few months and is short staffed. Once we satisfy that demand we will offer lower ranks hosts . You can still get awesome service and perks as a bronze VIP or even as a normal player.

Another huge example could be Ronda Rousey as well, that was even more perfect example than anyone else. She fought 12 times and won all 12 of them, had 9 of those 12 games be finished under 1 minute, that's crazy stats for any fighter ever, another game ended at 66th second so she nearly beat all her opponents instantly, and 4-5 fights end under 30 seconds as well.

Basically she was the perfect fighter that nobody came close to beating, she destroyed all her opponents, she was doing better than anyone ever expected, last 3 fights of her before she lost was ended in 16 seconds, 14 seconds and 34 seconds, then suddenly she lost to Holly Holm and then to Amanda Nunes as well and just retired after that.

This is the perfect example that nobody can stay undefeated unless they just retire, it is like gambling, you may get lucky and have a winning streak but you always end up losing if you keep fighting.

There is no "just vip players" but Stake has always made it clear that they do not want smaller level players, that was not a hidden thing all the way back to primedice times as well, way before stake was even created, that is just how it worked.

They have always made improvements that would make low level players not prefer here. That is a shame because they started as the most low level friendly place ever, in fact they were so friendly that they gave a decent sized faucet to low level players to gamble which people abused, don't know about stake but primedice was abused for being too friendly to low level players, that is how much they were caring for them, now they are just basically at a level where if tomorrow stake says "minimum withdrawal is 1000 dollars or 10k+ wagered for no minimum withdrawal" type of deal to keep small gamblers away, I wouldn't be shocked.
