As long as I know, the amount for pre/post monthly bonus is fixed but there is a chance of getting lower amount if the account is no longer active.
I'm platinum IV currently and I received $33 for the last post monthly bonus, I used to receive $25 when I was Platinum III.
For VIP under Platinum, yes the bonus is in a form of reload as we used to see in the announcement anytime Stake announce pre/post and monthly bonus in their telegram channel.

Even with Platinum 1 its not fixed at $25, at least that's my experience.
I don't use Stake much anymore, so my monthly or post-monthly bonuses are about 10-15$. But also the value seems to vary although I do not play or set bets.

I just wanted to clarify that there is no minimum, so it is not correct that you always get the same bonus when you wagered... the variable is the amount wagered.

I would say consider that as a road, some people could drive a lambo and go with 300 km/h to reach to that destination and you wish that you had the same thing, and some could have a corolla and drive 60 km/h to reach there. In the end everyone reaches that end destination and there is nothing wrong with getting there slower.

Weirdly enough, I do not think plinko and dices are boring. For some reason, I always keep my eyes fixed on the ball as it bounces its way down when I play manually. Same with dices, it is simply attention-catching.
