Well sometimes new users get tips but not most likely since we dont know if they are just alts of the same person . So usualy when u stick around a bit u get it.

I have received some tips of him, and saw him tipping.
The first time i saw him tipping i thought: "Holy freaking shit, he must be on drugs or drunk as fuck!".
But later i figured out that he is just amazing!
