I didn't expect to create such a large discussion about PD support ahah.

I understand Stunna & Edward want to handle support themself for security reasons but it's really a bad idea in term of customers service. It's not very professional and really slow in comparison with others websites (Fortune Jack for exemple..). They should hire someone they trust where they live.

Is this true? They should probably hire some more people for support if so. I know it's hard to find people you trust but I'm sure it can be done. If they're working for you in an official capacity then you can always request their ID and details to avoid any potential scams. Support does seem to be lacking at PD so I do think this is something they should improve on.

It actually could stand as a good message overall for the sites. The good thing about this thing is that it serve as a proof that high roller is welcome on the sites which described by the action of him withdrawing over 2k + BTC and another message of those who tried to exploit on the site will risk their withdrawal getting locked and not to mention the exploit has been patched it seems

The bolded part, I dont think his action hurts any other players direct or indirectly as the site is a personal funding site

PrimeDice has earned all the name sake and reputation over the time.It is trustworthy and one of the most played sites on.Things can not be let like this for long time.The more players or traffic any site has the more staff they need.PrimeDice need to solve this support problem as quick as possible because online gambling works just on trust and satisfaction.Someone suggested above more people with limited access to data can be perfect solution for good.
