I agree with u.. it seem like only one supporter for any problem at this site... terribly.. Normally, Primedice work good.. but when this have error or bug.. customer always must have a long time to wait it fix again.. lol... i'm so disappointed about this !!

Yeah it is risky , primedice is very very careful with its users privacy .

But as i said support should improve  very soon. They need to start improving it, when they make casino support has to be spot on.

I agree with you guys that pd has a bit slow support and its the only downside to primedice. But you guys wouldn't believe what kind of emails they get every day . I know that because i am moderator on primedice facebook page and also when i try to help somebody with theirs "important " support ticket and then it turns out its complete bullshit and i see why they did not reply .

They got tons of support request each day and not to mention that some are just troll mail. It is pretty easy to hire someone competent enough to be your support staff however it is hard to find someone trustworthy to handle it.
Stunna will not be risking his player's confidential such as email or BTC address to some random guy however Micro has announced that there will be a new support staff soon . Things could be better with the new support staff

That should change soon , there should be some new support staff pretty soon Wink .

In that case, I think it will be best to hire 1 or 2 people with less privileges to sort the emails and they can handle the few that doesn't involves resetting 2fa's or other account related queries which they can pass on to support but the rest of them which involves missing funds etc. can be handled by them and dump those which don't require any attention at all.

Trust is a matter of perspective. Those 15 peoples may be trustworthy to you but not to any other people. Whoever that 15 people is, isnt a guarantee that Stunna might think that they are trustworthy enough to handle the support service. In fact this is a big leap that Stunna finally trust someone to finally add some new support staff , so lets just sit back and see how this new support staff will improve PrimeDice support service

Some people don't understand how important is to keep users privacy , especially in bitcoin world. Users that gamble in bitcoin mostly do that because they want they privacy and primedice very much respects and protects that.

Its not an easy task to hire somebody for that job.

Steveds you started asking to do support the first day you became mod Smiley . And i'm sure you would have lots of people to recommend for that job.
