Since when are primedice withdrawals not instant ? I remember that before i received them right away, but yesterday it said that withdrawals are manual ..
Was there some specific reason for this and this is temporary measure, or will this stay manual ? It's anoying that you have to wait for your money.
I think PD doing this, it is possible that there are mistakes in their Wallets. So the PD did it, chances are small that the PD will provide withdrawal manual, as it will impact negatively upon the site. Now, we just have to wait until the PD give further clarification are you thinking about HW is empty? I'm not sure what happens when hot wallet is empty, so i cant claim how thats the case here, thats why im asking. All i know is that it showed that withdrawal will be made manually, instead of automatic that was until now. Anyways, i have received my funds after some time of waiting. |

The only reason we had pending withdraws for a while yesterday is because at first the hot wallet was empty, and then once it was filled we had an unusually long wait time for inputs to be available. Normally we fill the hot wallet and after the next block confirmation the withdraws get pushed out and it's a lot faster. I apologize for the delay yesterday, but rest assured, withdraws from PD are still instant. |

It's a security feature. PD's bankroll is massive, but we only keep a small portion of the bankroll in the hot wallet in the case that someone were to find an exploit. As I said above, withdraws are still instant. They were only pending for a few hours. Like I said, refilling the hot wallet usually only takes a few minutes, this time just took a bit longer. |

It is good to here that now back to instant withdrawal. But I think, as a reputed site you guys should put a public notice before someone post here saying that my withdrawals are pending. Hope next time whenever your hot wallet become empty we would like to see some kind of a notice to people saying withdrawals may delay for sometime for so and so reason. That gives some kind of confidence to players. Still it is a best site for dice game. |

I still not receive mine :/ , does all the pending withrawal being proccessed untill now? If you're still missing yours, submit a ticket to Support via the HELP button in the upper right of PD. Is the withrawal not instant and automatic? i send the ticket 1 day ago now. im still patiently waiting  I hope you fix your problem. |

For this long occasion yesterday, we had no idea it would take that long so there wasn't a way for us to give a notice ahead of time. And if we posted every time the hot wallet was empty we'd be posting it 5+ times a day on some days. The hot wallet running out isn't the issue, it's a quick fix. The only reason it took so long yesterday was that we had to wait for inputs or something according to Stunna. I don't know the specifics, and we weren't given any warning either. I'm not an Admin either, I'm only a chat Mod, I'm just sharing the knowledge I have. |

What kind of help are you looking for? Do you have a problem in making a deposit or in making a bet? Or, do you want help on making a profit? If so, it would be fruitless as there is no skill or experience in dice but only luck. Yes that is correct. We left the info at 0.0002 btc since we might have to go back to it since blocks are full again. Atm we hope nobody will complain that we take less than stated. Just wait for my complaint emails. I am so angry now that I have received 0.0001 btc more than I expected!!! |

Do you have shared pc/are using a vpn? i'm not sure when does primedice resets the "too many login attempt". contact support and it'll be fixed. |
