Anybody can explain what happened exactly with PD and what is the cause of this problem to lost access to my account, the list of question is just headache for me and it didn't make any sense, when that issue happened due to lost of some database which is mistake of developer, than why we have to send our personal info there?
It is very complicated issue with db. Kinda made it hard for us to check ownership of some accounts. So that is why we ask those questions. We already gave out huge amount in bonuses to try and compensate for the inconvenience and waiting. We will try to make it up to you all after we sort out all accounts that were affected. Me and developer have been working at this for 8 hours straight and sorted out a lot of users and gave out a lot of bonuses. He will take a break now for a bit and i can use one to . Only got like 4hrs sleep last night. Trust me we are working on this very hard and we are trying to compensate for the inconvenience we caused you by this. Thanks to all people who are waiting . And to users who posted here that we solved it for them and that they got bonuses. Can you take a look at the request no. (15477)? I am waiting quite a while (4 days) here for this thing to be solved ( not saying that you guys are slow but i know that is because some selfish peeps who created more than 10 tickets at once) . So hang in there please! Thanks you guys are working hard for us! You would not be wrong we are quite slow. But we have to be. We need to check a lot of stuff and that takes time. And yeah spammers and people trying to claim others accounts are not helping. Everbody has been waiting for around the same time. First day we had to find ways to do this fool proof. And now we are actively fixing it case by case. So please bear with us. Ofc everybody can make new accounts to play while this is sorted. Only last transcation id? They sent me this Hey, I will need you to answer some questions rely quick. What is your username? What was your balance when site went offline (approximately)? How much you had wagered (approximately)? And did you make any bets bigger than 0.001 btc recently? Do you have any bet id (the most recent before site went offline) ? Regards, Mladen

I have been offline on PD and bitcointalk for some time and I did not know there was a problem. Although I can't remember how much balance I had, I found it a little bit weird to raise a complain. Anyway, I know it is too late for me now. I don't think that balance was too big to raise an alarm.

If you were offline during the time the site went down then your account should be just fine. It seems only accounts that were online at that time were affected.
