I just sent my fifth support request

This is my request list

First: request number is 15489 of the date 2016-08-20 Sat

Second: request number is 15931 of the date 2016-08-24 Wed -> No response

Third: request number is 16088 of the date 2016-08-28 Sun

Fourth: request number is 16362 of the date 2016-09-04 Sun

Fifth: request number is 16615 of the date 2016-09-11 Sun

So far it seems that PRIMEDICE is becoming a scam.

The only thing I can do is post in this forum my problem.

What we could do is open a new thread in the forum of all users who have lost their accounts and funds in primedice, my english is very poor so I do not.

Getting very very bad lag on this site right now. You take a bet, it rolls and you get the result but the balance doesn't update until like 30 seconds later. Kept clicking Roll and all of a sudden 10 rolls at once.

Also, we'll be beefing up our support efforts over the coming weeks. I'm reviewing some of the above complaints/issues and working closely with our developers to resolve them.

Three days ago PrimeDice took .1 from my balance.  My balance was .11 and then was .01 with no bet posted from me.  

I was betting all in 90% win chance on every bet.  I was working with .00333333 tip from singpays.

Primedice during this time was experiencing a problem with software and bets that registered 0.00x payout.

I did not experience this on this mistake.

I experienced .1 disappearing.

I asked Stunna and other support as well as Mod's to check my "balance" history where they can clearly see my balance go from .11 to .01 and show me a bet that was placed to result in this.

I keep being asked what my bet ID was.  I DID NOT bet! There is NO BET ID.  Balance history will show my account going from .11 to .01 with no bet.

Why has PrimeDice not answered me?  Why do I have to complain here?  I have over 1000 BTC wagered and gladly have tipped .1 on many occasions.  

I have no interest in posting to scam anyone.  I want to have my account treated fairly and be restored what was taken.

Please respond and show me balance and why this happened.

Same is with me auto bet took 0.2 from me and I kept sending support message regarding auto bet bug but after I got reply " We will check what happened "
They didn't replied to the to me ever and not even stunna on this forum.
It's not only me who faced the Bug , There were many other guys who suffered same.
I think you should forget your Bitcoins there's no way you are going to get back from pd.

They will most likely refund you the 0.2 because they will check their transaction log, if the 0.2 disappeared and there was no valid bet then its clearly a bug and you will get refunded. However they are really behind on their support lately.

This is realy great stunna.. im finaly feeling home again. the best thing is being able to view the few last rolls and game board at the same time, without having to scroll up and down the screen each time to change your bet.

theres only one thing missing - the ability to view the nonce while playing, that was the feature that i liked best about pd3, that made me prefer it over any other site. please bring it back.

The new update looks good but something still bother me! The animation on/off gave the same thing. The result bar keep showing me the rolled numbers while I turned off the animation feature! Hope that'll be fixed soon!

That is great implementation and now PD looking more wonderful and faster, next week will be more exciting when some features will be get restored and we will have same experience like PD3, PD is wonderful dice with very bigger community.

There's an option to hide slidebar now. Go to Account - Settings and tick 'Hide rollbar on main page'.

I think he messed up the slider with his script. He's rolling > 1.99. If he would really get 98.0 only all the time, he would bet >97.9 and win a lot.

Its easy to change scroll bar animation client side to land on any number .

Yeah I just found the other thread, apparently its not a bug but its a scam and will steal your BTC in Primedice. I removed the video but someone quoted my post above.

From what I understood in chat yesterday there has been some delay. Not clear on the reason why but it will be announced soon I guess.
