I am doing support and its first answer time in less than 3 hours. As usual better than 87% of others in this industry.
There are just 3 tickets that are on pending atm that i cant solve and i need help of developer.
So that will also be solved asap.

I cant do unmute on support. You will have to get mods to undo that.

I have sent a few people out to talk to the mods about my permamute. From what I've heard, 2-3 of the mods say that my issue is in the "modchat." UnixPunk said that I could be "unmuted." This has been going on for 2 weeks, and nobody knows which moderator muted me. Nor will they tell.
Either way I'd still like to be unmuted, along with my alternate accounts.

Sure, you can have multiple accounts.(i have 2 accounts one is for gambling another i use it as bank/saving) but if you abuse faucet with your accounts you'll be banned.

You can create multiple accounts there.But if you abuse the faucet with your multiple accounts, your all accounts will be banned.

Acutually i registered one before, but can't login again because i forgot the password and didn't set email, so i have to create a new account.

Faucet is also lagging it says bear with us for a second and take more than 10s please fix it.
Also the login captcha is denying me to access my account in my custom dicebot please remove as I don't want to enable 2fa.
That's why I like pd3 it had less bugs than pd4.
