Yes, i have same problem like yours. It's not loading and just only showing "blank" chat.

I also have the "Unauthorized" message when trying to login, had the most unbelievable conversation with support, basically he told me to fuck off and register a new account.
I dont think PD support can behave like this... And we never do. Only time i will tell you to make new account is if you are not able to provide proof of ownership or if account was not active at all. |

I will make a complaint this bookmaker, made a deposit in the house and I can not get into my account because the following message when trying to enter 'unauthorized'

Guys, PrimeDice is great as always, but what's happening to your chat? Every time I log in I can see no people chatting, it's just blank and when I'm trying to make a post I keep failing to do so. Then after some time the chat is working okay though. I asked other people if it's only me and they said that they have similar problems sometimes.
Is this because there are much more people participating in the chat? Idk, but I hope you'll fix it soon.
PD is great anyway. You guys are awesome. Keep it up! )

@MICRO Still no response. Can you atleast tell us what's going on with support? And also did you get the information about my permamute? I am doing support and its first answer time in less than 3 hours. As usual better than 87% of others in this industry. There are just 3 tickets that are on pending atm that i cant solve and i need help of developer. So that will also be solved asap. I cant do unmute on support. You will have to get mods to undo that. |

They usually do it when the least amount of players are online. Mostly I am sleeping at the time they come with the happy hour. Since I created mine account at primedice I only have seen once a happy hour. Think that other people also would like it if they also organize it once on another time when more people could participate. |
