So remember a few months ago when Primedice lost thousands of accounts and then found most of them again? Did some players lose money in that fiasco? I think I did ...
I got my account recovered with all my btc intact with a bonus, why do you think you lost your btc? i'm sure you'll be able to recover it too, just open up a support ticket and micro will help you out. We got my account back but the funds I had in my affiliate balance have disappeared and I am getting no response about that. With Nitrogen being what they are Primedice can no longer claim to be the most trusted dice site. My account has been muted permently and i dont know why (there must be an error )
i didnt break the rules .. i was just playing and chatting normaly.
i didnt ask for tips or use scripts..

If the alert said "muted by admin" that means you claim your faucet too often. Send a support ticket with a good reason maybe can help you to release the ban. If you're a legit player for sure! That account was not muted for faucet abuse. so why it has been muted ?? i didnt break the rules..i didnt even chat lately ..so why ? please fix it |

Stunna do something with the site before its too late. PD4 have a lot of bugs. Chats, accounts and stats
I stopped risking my money on this site since I read a lot people cant access they accounts and have to wait for a longer time to get their accounts back. Will play again when all the bugs already been fixed! |

i have banned with no reason..you told me to ask mods for it..they said we didnt mute you . and they tried to unmute me but there was an error.
if no one muted me..and i didnt do anything wrong..so what happened to my account ?

Is there something wrong with the site right now? My depo is not yet appeared in my balance and it was already confirmed. How long will it take before my balance appear? People in chat has also the same problem. Fix it asap.
EDIT: depo has been credited its just it takes how many hours. Thanks and hope in my/our next depo we wont see this error again.

We are all waiting. Totally unacceptable to not communicate the problem, while many users sit and worry. I understand this is not perfect, but even an inkling of presence during major issues like no deposits being credited site wide, would be appreciated. |

Well there are also people who dislike facebook and don't have it. I tried it a few years ago when it came out and it was nothing but a waste of time so I avoid using it. |
