That can happen either when you switch accounts too often, or try to log in too much.

Maximum payout is 30 BTC and so maximum bet amount depend on what payout option you have for betting there if you will go with 2x payout than it will be 15 BTC, maximum payout is got increased from 20 BTC to 30 BTC at the moment.

For some reason new version of bitcoind is ignoring ours set fee of 0.0002 . Dev is working on that and it should be fixed asap.
That's why we are taking only 0.0001 btc atm.
