Proceed with KYC within a week , still no money, and no one told me exact date for issuing withdraw, PD ignoring me on all communication channels, looks very bad...  I can't understand reasons for delaying my payment except, if they simply do not want to pay me my 34 BTC...

Probably unless you are using some kinda exploit then you have no reason to fear. Somehow Primedice has been the leading site of this industry and they wont be risking their reputation for only 34 btc. Even they paid 1000+ btc to one exploiter in the past. All you gotta do is contacting them though but that wont really do any difference at all

I've been aware of this user and an admin has been in direct contact via telegram. This isn't something a typical player would have to worry about, larger withdrawals have been going through without issue. This is a very unique situation and we cannot discuss details publicly at this moment but will as soon as possible.

No one contacting me almost 3 weeks, and no explanation is given when I will have my money

Before you sent the BTC over to Primedice, where did those BTC originate from?

Because it seems you got flagged somehow by your deposits by taint analysis.

Did you mix your funds before? Did you use some dark net website?
for sure this is not the case!

I have the same problem as others, I've clear my browser yesterday and try to login in Primedice but I got unauthorized. I tried my all password but still got an unauthorized login? I've already contacted the support team I hope they will resolve this.

Hi, if you haven't logged in since March 7-8, due to the incident that time, you really need to contact Support to regain access on your account. And hopefully it was already resolved Smiley
I already contact the support team and send a PM to Stunna but I still got no response?

For all the people quoting me, I've was able to recover my account with the assistance of Primedice support.
Glad that you have already recovered your account.

Accounts weren't locked because you were trying with incorrect passwords. I hink they have locked all the accounts so that you can prove that you are the real owners of the account by providing some proofs. Idk why are they doing it.

As far as I'm aware accounts are only temporarily locked after too many incorrect password attempts. Have you tried logging in after waiting a bit? PM me your username

But why Stunna said that accounts are temporarily locked for too many incorrect password attempts?

What kind of proofs you're talking about? Because RGBKey never mentioned anything about he provided any proofs to get back his account. Also, you said that all accounts are locked but my account is not locked yet.

I did have to provide proof I was the owner of the account to get back in. I had a recovery email set though.

Then something not correct here. Did I miss anything to understand this issue?

What kind of documents do they ask to prove your ownership?

Why do they need you to prove your the owner of the account and when you already set a recovery email? It is very simply you request for a password reset and recover back your account from your email.

Basically these questions are asked while recovering accounts  or unlocking them :
What is the username you want to recover?
What country did you most recently log into your Primedice account from?
What state/region did you most recently log into your Primedice account from?
What ISP (Internet Service Provider) did you most recently log into your Primedice account from?
What is your current public IP address? (you can find this on Google Search engine)
What is your deposit address?
What email is connected to this account?
What email is connected to this account?
Have you sent or received any tips from other account, and if so, please, tell us the usernames?
Have you referred any players to our site and do you have affiliate commission on your account; if you have - let us know what amount you got so far from the commission?

Apart from this a signed message from your address which you used to deposit will also act as a very solid proof.

I still didn't understand why one needs to prove their ownership when they already set up their email ID in their account?

Unless if they didn't set up email id and ask for support help then they can ask these questions but OP mentioned that he had set up email in his account but still went through this process of proving his ownership.

There might be instances when both the email and primedice account can get compromised.

In such situations in order to save your account from indulging in any fraudulent activity , sometimes these checks are necessary. This is because we are talking about money here and many times we are talking about a lot of money that primedice cannot afford to process without security checks.

So I don't see any issues in these checks

I think the reason why is to protect the extra lazy people who have like 100 accounts all with the same username and password.

Most people would forget setting a unique password for each service so to make things easier people just use one simple password for everything.

After all who would want to hack into someone's Facebook account. Nothing really to steal there.

Bitcoin and crypto is obviously different but many new adopters don't know that. Hence they want extra proof incase someone's username and password is identical to logging into their email provider.

I had my two factor authentication enabled and still i was not able to prove my account the first time around as they promised to follow up with the details in my mail ID and i did not get any mail from them and after a couple of days i had to contact them again and verify the details once again, i was not active in the site for a while and so it was hard to find my old transaction details and IP address i was using a year back , but luckily i found them from my old hard disk, if not for those transactions and logs i do not think i would have got my account back.

If you enabled your 2fa then no need to lock your account right? Because they know that it is not so easy to hack 2fa enabled accounts.

But anyway they also got a valid reason for the security of user accounts so they may be doing all this hard work. Because it also adds more workload on their support team to help each and every user whos accounts are locked.

Mine neither, another possibility is to try to log-in from other country's IP.

Even if 2FA is enabled the accounts  can still get locked due to repeated failed login attempts.

Lately if you go to the Cryptopia thread many are getting their accounts temp locked due to too many hackers trying to login. And we all use 2FA on that site.

Basically if you keep any large BTC you should have a unique email, unique username and unique password to avoid this from causing annoyances.

Some sites do automatically locked out when you do already submitted failed attempts in logged in details but some sites doesnt have this feature thats why 2fa is always been suggested. This is why im scared to store up large sums of bitcoin either on a gambling site or into an exchangers.Be always responsible when it comes to account security because i have experienced too on having an email prompt of attempted logged in into some of my accounts (mixed) which mostly resides on russia and korea.

But what is the point of hacker doing this? They know that they can't hack 2FA users but why they still want to login with it? Does not make sense here. I think 2FA is the best security ever nowadays but I still prefer to put an extra layer for security which is email pretected so it will help users to have more secure account

Although it is just a small number of btc must need to have this security too to protect everything inside

Hey, Primedice.com! I'm a developer. Would you consider opening up API for my gambling project?
If we set lower limits for my site and split profits, It could be interesting!
