I grouped a bunch of replies into a single message:

PS Dooglus I also noted you have a website dice.ninja?

No, that's nothing to do with me. I played and won and invested and profited there a little, but then I hit a losing streak, got mad, divested, and withdrew.

Did you find the hidden part that MICRO asked me to include?

I can't find it Cheesy .
I see it says biggest bitcoin game in the world thou. By which measure ? Amount of bets ? Wagered ? Number of players ?

'view source' should help you find it. Or 'inspect element'. "biggest game in the world" is a joke about satoshidice who continue to use that line to this day despite it being clearly wrong. If they can use it then so can I.

And what i said to some other campaign, u should tell them that PD (Stunna) paid for that signature design. I hope they atleast asked to use it. Smiley

I'm not part of their signature campaign. I put them in my signature because I like their site.

As for Lain33 issue, im still holding my opinion on that.
There is no way to know what he would done after that losing bet if it was settled correctly. Maybe he would stop , and cashout. Maybe he would stop betting. Maybe he would start another martingale. Maybe not continue that martingale and lose more.

I can't see his bets. All I know is that he said he bet very predictable, like a typical martingale player. If an incorrectly settled bet caused him to bust when he otherwise would have won his starting amount then it seems reasonable to me that he should have his losses refunded since they would never have happened if the site hadn't cheated him (even if the cheating was accidental, it's still cheating).

Yes but if u won that last bet , u would get that 0.01 just a bit later. And then i don't see how u should get refund for bets in between.

Right. If he was cheated out of winning a martingale sequence early, but still won it in the end then there's nothing to be fixed. He won the sequence and everyone's happy. His point is "what if I busted because of the error; shouldn't I be refunded for the whole sequence?"

He said he was playing with faucet payouts. So in effect he spent nothing.

A better way to view big signatures is to edit the CSS in chrome's element inspector thingy:

Looking for ways to break faucet bots/solvers at the moment. When we changed the captcha to solvemedia faucet claims immediately decreased by 60%+ temporarily then moved up. Also if anyone can provide me input on which update we should prioritize I'll consider doing so.

I don't know why you bother with a faucet. There are lots of faucet sites out there that fund themselves via advertising. You're running a dice site; I don't see the need to have a faucet site merged with it. It presumably attracts a lot of freeloading players who never deposit and complain whenever you change the amount of free money you give them. Seems like a lot of work and a waste of money to me.

tldr: concentrate on being a good dice site, not a mediocre faucet site

Why not be the best of both? But in all seriousness I agree with your sentiment. I think we will end up significantly nerfing the faucet to only be a fun bonus for new users, entirely changing it to a once/twice a day daily reward or removing it entirely. I think any of these choices will result in a major backlash from the people who use the faucet, many of them think they are entitled to the rewards as they gained levels so they could use it and think that any nerf is robbery. The amount of support emails related to the faucet is staggering and has made it harder and harder to finish more important ones in a timely manner.

The key way to sort out this situation in my opinion is creating a system which rewards people with higher levels without being as expensive/gimmicky as the faucet. Ideally I want to make the faucet a minigame that can be played once or twice a day with scaling rewards based on level.

That's OK, but do you decide who the lucky one or two are who get to play it each day?

Or if you mean each person gets to play it every day, you're back to the problem of not being able to tell people from bots, multiple accounts, etc. If I can only play once per day per account, maybe I need 1000 accounts to make up for the coins you have taken away that I feel I am entitled to as a long-serving faucet gobbler?

I'm picturing a Chinese warehouse full of these things. Smiley

I have been a primedice and faucet fan for a long time.  However, the faucet has turned into such an avenue of abuse and unnecessary source of grief for you that I don't see how it can be sustained.  I recall all the grief you took following the first faucet adjustment and that was pretty ridiculous.

Maybe you should add an advertising banner to PD like Just Dice had for awhile to offset some of the expense.  I realize you get some income from solvemedia, but it can't be significant and if they think the bad guys are botting it I imagine they'll cut that off.

I think a once a day bonus would be fun, but don't see a way to structure it in a world where the bad guys can freely open accounts, transfer btc between them (via PvP if not directly) without some human intervention, e.g. a whitelist.  The users at JD finally put together a list of "trusted users" that they used in conjunction with a rain bot because of excessive spoofing and alt accounts logging in whenever a rain was in progress.

Good Luck!
