any ideea when it will appear on coinmarketcap or somewhere legit? worth to mine this coin?

This coin is very new on the market : August 2017.
The functionalities behind this coins will start to be available in closed alpha in November 17.
Still according to the roadmap, the coin will be available in CoinExchange.io in September 17, and with that the first true value of what the market thinks about the value of this coin at first.

So is it worth to mine now ? => It's a bet you will have to take.
My advice : mine this coin, get a few hundred/thousand during a few days, follow the dev team, follow the roadmap and you will see if this coin will/was a good invesment for the futur.

I'm active and I'm from the beginning. It is a pity that there are still outages with the network. I've had been at several mining pools.
I am currently on http://intensecoin.com/pool2/#. I also mined at http://35.184.184.129/# and they paid  everything.
It would be good to solve temporary problems and intense coins have the potential to be successful.

48 isn't much time. I am sure that you will recieve your compensation if you meet the requirments. Further on I assume that process is done manually and that there are probably quite a few. Take it easy.. there are easily enough funds to cover the loses.

How much are we talking about? ^^

I have the linux wallet stucked on Height 573 (I think the source of wallet is not up to date). I start mining since yesterday and I saw today the chain changed the 16th at 06:11:20 and the wallet stuck on that day.

Any info for linux user ? I use a virtualmachine temporarly to have a correct wallet but it's would be grate if we can have a working wallet on Linux.

Sorry for the noob question, but i m really want to know.

On the official pool (http://intensecoin.com/pool2/#) here is a 3 diff:
port 4444/diff 2000
port 6666/diff 10000
port 9999/diff 215 000

What is the "diff" mean?

It s have equal reward or not?

I have 5x1070, and - as pool said - should mine on 9999 diff, but it looks like
reward on 4444 better.

Can someone explain this?
Thanks in advance.

hey there,

its only starting diff, what is each port say, after connecting pool, the pool retarget diff to your best that your hardware can do.

So, it s not important which diff i choose - it s all the same reward?

On diff 2000 i have about 100 shares per 2 minutes.
On diff 10 000 i have may be 15 shares per 2 minutes.

with your equipment is better to choose highest diff, then it takes a little time to retarget diff to your best.

when you started with smallest diff, it takes longer to get to your best diff

Simplewallet does allow you to leave the password blank though. Have checked it a few times and never had any issues with it.
Is the daemon running properly in the background?

Just in case, create a backup of the wallet file. Put it somewhere safe, so even if there was an error, which to my knowledge is not, it can not corrupt the file.

It could be the awful Block Nr. 573 of the first chain which stalled. You want to try the windows wallet from the ANN or build from source from Github.

Hi everyone,

Well, we certainly did not have good timing posting after the dev went to sleep. Here I am and I'll try to respond to all of your questions.

1. For those having issues opening the wallet, especially if you are receiving errors about MSVC dlls, you need the Visual Studio 2017 redistributable files installed. Here (64-bit) , Here (32-bit) are links to download from Microsoft.

2. The wallets work OK - they won't synchronize until we bring the seed nodes up once mining opens at 1500 UTC. We can't have seed nodes up and disallow mining, so that's why none of your wallets are connecting!  Smiley

If you run a VPN on a blockchain, aren't you likely going to run into load issues?
Hi, great question, but the VPN won't run THROUGH the blockchain. The blockchain will act as more of a 'marketplace' for VPN providers. The wallets will use the decentralized network to broadcast whether or not you want to be an exit node, and what your price is, etc. VPN communication will occur from peer to peer, not peer to blockchain to peer.

wallet not synchronizing my pc windows 10
See #2 above

I couldn't get the Windows wallet to run on win10 -  I got vc errors such as MSVCP140.dll not found (and others).  I installed VC 2015 redistributable update from here but it didn't help: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685
See #1 above

Will the pool be ready for the launch?
Yes Smiley

i can't install wallet on win7 64bit.

See #1 above

Dev you have time to fix the wallet?? or launch will be delayed??
NO delays Smiley

wallet starting but noy sync
See #2

How can someone avoid of being a VPN exit node? Is there a config file? More infos needed on this topic.
See original response to your question above. There will absolutely be a configuration option.

Got it. Thanks for answering everything.

When i leave password blank in simple wallet, it gives " failed to load wallet: can't load wallet file 'intensecoinwallet.wallet', check password
Failed to initialize wallet" But there is no password.

Can you try creating a new wallet and opening it afterwards? Might be an error in simplewallet itself.
Maybe your wallet file got corrupted by a crashing application or it is locked from your windows wallet. Turn the windows wallet off and then use simplewallet.

If none of that works, you are welcome to join us on Slack. A lot of people are active there and will surely try to help you with any issues.

Yes when i create a new wallet with window gui also with simple wallet, they both works. Also i've created a new wallet with simple wallet, it works also.

I remember, when i first open intense Windows gui, it has created a .wallet file under Appdata/Roaming/intense/intensecoinwallet.wallet (I also tried to backup my wallet on August  18, i couldnt, because windows gui doesn't create backup file) now  I've backed up several intensecoinwallet.wallet files from Appdata folder. they are in diffrent folders Smiley  I've deleted all other files, installed new ones, ı tried to open backup files, still same. It tries to open wallet, no error, no warns. Also all buttons on gui disabled.

i think intensecoinwallet.wallet file corrupted. I think, have no more option to repair wallet file like in monero

ı also asked in intense slack channel
