An unsubstantiated scam accusation appears as the first post from a completely new account and mosprognoz immediately sends the poster a trust merit. No checking, no consideration, just instant validation for anyone who bashes Bankera. Please, read my messages, it is about spectrocoin And it is not scam. I would say it is a project which face hard competition and that has been poorly managed. I invested 2000 in it because I thought it had potential but not anymore after all that shit and a year of investigations What is it that you exactly want? I want spectrocoin to know that I will never let them go away with it. They have no idea the shit in which they are into. I know everything about them. I have an huge report with tons of elements and I paid A LOT of money in lawyers and bailiffs to witness everything before it gets removed (and it did). My money never left Spectrocoin, it is their problem that that sold hundreds of thousands dollars of bitcoins for stolen fiat from unverified users that bypassed AML / KYC, using their own user to user feature. You guys should be aware that they do shit and not only with me, another guy got his 2FA disabled by support per request of an hacker without any verification and he lost all his BNK. This could be you. Huge fiat transactions not monitored. Not regulated... No withdrawal lock for 24/48h after password change Anyway, I want a refund and I will get it. But that is fine. Why not just go through their processes and provide the necessary evidence to get your refund? Threatening them does not help your cause. |

Spectrocoin are liars for sure, they denied that fiat transfer was even possible. Can publish video proof they removed from youtube on twitter if you want. Again these all are you "Point of view" I understand when big money are in the middle things are very complicated to see and one only sees his own truth, but again this is a Judge responsability to decide wether Spectrocoin are liers or not, if they complied with regulation or not And you have not to convince us, but the court , and not with twitter captures, once you understand your goal is played in a court room things will go better for you I think. Here things you could keep doing and telling "truth" while affaire is ongoing in a court could harm your interrests more than benefits you, and us as a community we really do not want you to be harmed because you want to "save us", you put their case in a court, the best thing you could have done, and the smarttest as Justice is most effective solution, even if it takes time, but playing Robin Hood here is not useful for your court case and can even hurt your strategy in court |

The solution if you want to talk to the company is in the court where they have no choice than to answer when asked by the Judge. Again writting here your case is not going to make your case better as the Judge is not a member of this forum, and even if he was...well the laws are in the court... So Just focus in your case defense in the court, and if you win then great you can tell us all what you are telling now but the difference is that by then it would be "the truth" for everyone as the court would have decided that, not one or another part of the affaire |

We have been told cards are being printed and could be delivered before end of the year vould clarify which ones? The SC cards? Bankera ones? Or third provider?
Why do we need SC cards and Bankera Cards? I mean why distinct?
New cards will have same restrictions as linked cards? As for example I cannot use card with SC as linked card due to my nationality..
What about Pervesk is it going to offer more services than IBAN?
Here the answers from the CEO
Yes, we have it in plans, but I will not lie, we are not currently working for it, but that's in the horizon. SC cards will be by third party provider and yes they are in process of being printed, Bankera cards are also in process to be issued by Pervesk. Firstly, Bankera and SpectroCoin are distinct products due to regulator and clarity, SC will focus on crypto -> fiat link, while Bankera is on track to be a neobank, I believe once regulatory climate will change we will merge everything in one peace, but for now as we said, we see it as a puzzle. Secondly, we have distinct solutions to leverage the risk of one program being shut down or so, so we would be able to offer the service anyhow. Linked cards are provided by another third party and the limitation is due to their policies, this does not have impact for issued cards constrains (well, I will not lie, SC cards will be for EEA first, but that's why we are building our own infrastructure with Pervesk etc to outgrow these limitations). Pervesk will be offering cards both issuing of cards as well as letting to accept cards as payments, also it will offer other payments methods, it is an engine behind a number of features.
